Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this practice.
We are going to be connecting to your heart and coming back home.
This is a really beautiful practice and I'm so excited for you to listen to it.
I invite you to sit comfortably,
Preferably with your spine straight and having this relaxed but stable posture.
Please close your eyes and start bringing your attention inward.
I want you to take several deep breaths,
Breathing the air all the way to your belly,
Breathing in with your nose and breathing out with your mouth and having this intention to let go and to relax.
Take a deep breath,
Pause on the top and relax.
Side out,
Allow yourself to take space,
Breathe in again,
Hold and relax.
Let go of anything that is holding you,
Distracting you in this moment.
Take another deep breath,
Hold and relax.
I want you to connect to your body,
Really noticing how do you feel,
Notice how your mind feels,
If it is still busy just acknowledge it and just go through your body,
From the top to the bottom,
Noticing if there is any tension and if you find some just connect to that part,
Breathe into it gently with love and kindness,
Connect,
Acknowledge and welcome whatever that is and then just relax,
Bringing more and more relaxation into your body,
Allowing it to come to its natural state,
Being soft and relaxed.
And as you are sitting here I want you to start imagining as there is light from above that comes directly to you,
Beautiful golden light,
It comes closer to your head,
To your crown chakra and I want you to allow this light to come in,
Welcome it with your whole body open to it and as you open your crown chakra it starts entering your body and just notice how it enters your head,
Goes down,
Bringing this light everywhere,
Into your neck,
Into your shoulders,
Notice how it goes into your arms and then it goes down into your chest,
Upper back,
Breathe in this light,
Then it goes to your belly,
Your lower back,
Breathing in your whole torso,
Allow it to come into your hips,
Go down your legs,
Going down your knees,
Going down to your ankles and feet.
Just imagine as it creates this bubble of this beautiful light around you where you can feel so safe,
So held,
It is here to support you,
To nourish you and I want you to imagine as this light goes down from the bottoms of your feet,
It goes down,
Pierces the ground and goes towards the center of the earth,
You can imagine as it goes through all these layers going deeper and deeper until it reaches the core of the planet and as it does so you become so grounded,
So held in this experience,
You are held from above and from below,
So safe,
So supported and I want you to take several deep breaths welcoming this light into your body,
Into your field and relaxing even more,
Take a deep breath and welcome,
Hold and relax,
Take another deep breath,
Hold and relax,
Allow this light to go into every cell,
Every atom of your body,
Breathe in and relax,
Let it go side out,
Connect even deeper to your body and I want you to bring your whole awareness to your chest,
To your heart and I want you to really connect to it,
So just bring your attention where your physical heart is,
The middle of your chest and I want you to bring your whole awareness there,
Concentrated there and I want you to find stillness,
Stillness that your heart center holds,
Center of your wisdom,
Your connection to everything there is,
To your own divinity,
To the whole world and I want you to set this intention to open your heart,
Open your heart so you can connect even deeper and allow it to take you home to the stillness,
To the space of nothing and everything and I want you to get anchored in this space,
Breathing gently but having your whole awareness in your heart center and I will leave you for several minutes to do so,
So you can go deeper into stillness.
Take a deep breath now.
And release.
Just notice how you feel now,
How does your body feel,
If there is anything changed,
How your mind feels.
When we connect to stillness our body starts naturally healing,
It comes into balance this coherent state allowing your mind to slow down and to be present and I am so grateful for you being here,
It is such a gift that you can give to yourself,
The several moments of stillness,
Of full presence of your whole being and you can start bringing back your attention into your room,
Open your fingers and toes,
