I've learned a lot about navigating the space in between the Land of WTF and the Land of Cupcakes and Unicors. Would love to say I live in this new space full-time now, but that would be a lie. The glimpes I catch are getting longer and longer though and I marvel in the magic of it all.

I ask more questions than most and the meditations I share here are answers to some of them. They are all channeled works. So...if you don't like them, take it up with Galea, Archangel Sandalphon, and Quan Yin. They will happily assist you:)

FAQ's

Q: Are your meditations peaceful and relaxing?

A: That depends. If you're able to quiet the objections of your mind, feel the process in your heart, and slip into the flow of the meditation, then yes, you will find them to be peaceful and relaxing.

If you spend a lot of time in head-space, feel the need to try to figure everything out, or think you have to fully explore each area of the meditations, then no, you will likely not find them peaceful or relaxing.

Q: Are your meditations for beginners?

A: The ability to fully experience these meditations on a heart-level has more to do with the openness of one's heart than on how long they've been meditating.

Vast experience with meditation could be a slight hinder, because these don't look of feel like what you may be used to or what you think they "should" look or feel like.

Those that are able to see things in their mind's eye, will likely have an easier time.

For those able to slip into the flow of the heart, it won't matter what they can or cannot see. They will be more able/willing to trust and surrender to the process, allowing the activation rather than feeling like they have to be in control of it.

Q: What do the numbers mean?

A: I'm so glad you asked! Numbers are the most proficient way I know of to bypass the logical mind and speak directly to the heart.

You can't get stuck on numbers, you can't resist them in the same you you resist words. They allow for a more proficient activation in a way that raises less egoic flags (unless, of course, you are freaking out because you've never heard numbers in a meditation before and your brain doesn't like change!).

This is what Spirit shared with me regarding the numbers: It's as though everything we need is contained inside of a locker within us. Think of the numbers as the code to the combination lock. Some numbers work to activate higher level frequencies as our vibrations rise, while deactivating lower level frequencies that would try to hold our vibrations down.

To me, it feels similar to speaking in tongues - only this tongue is numerical!

Q: Why is the pace so quick?

A: These meditations fall more into the realm of activations. Each time you listen to them, more and more will be activated. If we were to fully realize the power of these activations in one sitting, our worlds would likely turn upside-down as our perceptions would be radically different in a very short amount of time.

All of that to say, the pace is quick on purpose.

Release or activate what you can in that moment and then willingly move on to the next, knowing that there will almost always be more to do and that you have all the time you need to do it.

Q: What is the background on the Attunement to the Heart?

A: Read more about it here: http://tinyurl.com/kutcf7u

In closing, I do my best to provide tools to unlock the ability to live the life you've always known was possible, but weren't sure how to make happen - abundance, good health, more energy, loving relationships. Let's help make this world a better place.
