Expand your bandwidth.
This is a channeled activation from the Galactic Council of Light.
In it you will hear a series of suggestions.
There are many ways to see these things unfold.
Trust what you see and know that your contribution is unique to you.
The language may seem a little unfamiliar to you.
Let that be okay.
Towards the end of this activation you will be guided through an initiation that does involve some movement.
So don't be surprised when you're instructed to get up out of your chair and do a little moving around.
Let's begin.
Inhale deeply.
As you exhale begin to release all thoughts,
Worries,
And concerns for the day.
Arrive in the here and now.
Open to this moment and with intention to expand.
Establish a pure connection between yourself and Source.
Imagine a red crystal tower before you.
Watch as a connection is made between the red tower before you and the crystal tower that resides within you.
Know that this connection is for the flow of love.
With that connection made tap into global consciousness.
Open to divine presence and connect with your assistance for this expansion.
Allow for all of this to be done in alignment with your authentic self and with ease and grace.
Remember you have already ascended.
You are an interdimensional being.
You have already done this multiple times.
You are doing it again.
Here and now and with the whole of earthly consciousness.
This activation will help you shift into the next gear.
It will help you increase the bandwidth of frequencies you have access to and help to stabilize your energy there in a new way.
As you listen to this meditation remember that energy follows intention.
As long as you are intending these things to be done,
They are.
Reach into your core and remove the crystalline orb that is currently powering your personal energy grid.
You may see it or feel it gently pulsing within and softly glowing.
Once removed,
Offer it up to your assistance and exchange it for a new crystalline orb.
Where the old one used to be,
Place the new one.
Connections of the highest benefit will ensue.
Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Imagine there are cylindrical rods of energy ready to be gently pulled from them.
These rods are fairly long,
About an inch and a half in diameter,
And the energy within them is rather dense.
They contain patterning material that holds you in a buffered state.
These rods help to hold a false sense of reality in place.
Removal of them will alter how you connect with the earth in a mutually beneficial way.
Allow your assistance to help pull these rods from your feet now.
A series of connections to the frequencies you now have access to will follow.
Bring your awareness to your solar plexus and the golden spiral key that was inserted there upon your incarnation into your earthly body.
It was placed there to assist you while in the previous gear.
It is no longer needed and its removal creates the space for you to shift into the next gear.
Receive help from your assistance and remove that golden spiral key now.
As the key is removed,
Allow for an upgrade within your solar plexus.
Begin by gathering all cords or threads of light coming from your solar plexus and holding you bound to the old way of being and creating.
Receive a blue-violet flame from your assistance and use it to burn through those cords fully and completely transmuting them into light and love as you celebrate your newfound freedom.
Use your breath to clear your energy field of any resonances or shadows of those cords.
Place both hands on your heart and on your next deeply inhaled breath pull love and energy down from source and up from the earth merging them in your heart.
Exhale that love and energy out the top of your crown and into your auric field cleansing and purifying letting go of all interference to love.
Breathe that purified energy into your heart and exhale it out to every cell of your being.
Surrender your thoughts,
Dissolve your old grid and allow for the creation of a new one.
Begin by surrounding yourself in a Merkaba,
A three-dimensional Star of David.
This Merkaba is filled with radiant white light.
Use color,
Shape or sound to release any resistance you may be holding.
Honor your old grid.
Fill it with love and gratitude for all it has shown and taught you.
Visualize it being filled with the same radiant white light as your Merkaba.
Become aware of the cords that hold you bound to your old grid.
Cut the ones to which you have access and begin anchoring them into your new grid.
They will be received by the awaiting guideposts of the new grid.
Hold the intention for a smooth transition from the old to the new.
Celebrate and amplify this new energetic connection and embrace the energy of love,
Unity and abundance.
Radiate it out into the world.
Receive a new divine crown.
Simply reach up to your head,
Remove the old one and hand it over to your assistants.
Allow them to replace it with a new crown.
This new crown contains all of the wisdom needed for your expansion into this new bandwidth of frequencies.

As new pathways are created,
Shorter and easier routes to expansion and understanding are available to you.
Employ them.
Give yourself permission to align with and express your full magnificence.
Move beyond the limitations of the chakra system with the following initiation.
Stand up.
Turn away from the red crystal tower.
Take one step forward and bring through your body what you already consciously accepted.
On your next inhale bring your arms overhead and place your hands together in prayer.
Exhale and move the energy and your hands down,
Pausing at your heart and then releasing your arms down by your sides with palms open and parallel to the earth.
Turn back towards the crystal tower and when you are ready imagine the presence of a big green button in front of you.
Press it to initiate completion as you begin to expand into the next bandwidth with greater access to more frequencies to create your reality in a new way.
Joyfully move your body to allow for full integration of this activation into your being on a cellular level.
Move in this way for as long as beneficial.
