Bonds are things we put on in response to experiences we have. It's the piece of tape we put on our mouths as a child to silence us and get approval. They are used as a survival mechanism. But often, we forget to remove those bonds once they no longer serve its purpose. This practice is about understanding that and letting the bonds go.

Welcome to Freedom From Bondage.

My name is Dr.

Kate Flynn with Life in the Sweet Spot,

And I created this meditation as part of the Life in the Sweet Spot Masterclass.

It is an 11 week,

22 hour experience in self discovery and empowerment.

So Freedom From Bondage.

Bonds are things we put on in response to experiences that we've had.

So examples might be,

Say we were a talkative child and we were told that that wasn't acceptable and that we needed to be quiet.

Maybe we put a piece of tape over our mouth.

Energetic of course,

But with very physical and tangible results.

Maybe that tape served us in the moment as it got us approval and we conformed to what was expected.

But after that time or period of time was complete,

That tape stopped benefiting us,

Right?

So we have the power to put it in place and we use the bond as a survival mechanism,

But we don't always remember to remove the bond once it's outlived its usefulness.

So that's what this meditation is all about.

Identifying those bonds,

Sending loving kindness to them and allowing that loving kindness to release our attachment and let the bonds go.

So find a comfortable seat or maybe lie down.

Close your eyes.

Inhale deeply.

And as you exhale,

Begin to release thoughts,

Worries or concerns for the day.

Greet this moment as it is,

Open to receive and willing to release.

Settle more fully into sacred space and invite in beings and energies of highlight and vibration to impart wisdom,

Light your path and fill you with love.

Establish a pure connection between yourself and source,

Free from ego,

Bias,

Competition or need for control.

Begin to release anything you hold that could interfere with the accurate interpretation of the wisdom that will come forth.

Come into your sacred heart,

The aspect where soul self meets physical self,

Where you know,

Understand and have full faith that all you seek lies within.

Fill your heart with a beautiful green light as you set your intention to free yourself from any bonds you hold.

Allow for this to be done with ease and grace in the now moment and in alignment with your authentic self.

Radiate pure energy and unconditional love out from your heart as they are poured down into you from source and channeled up into you from the center of the earth.

Grow that love and intuition that you have created in you.

Grow that love and energy out in all directions.

Fill your entire physical being,

Your auric field and surround and perfuse your intention.

Open to receive divine guidance and resistance for this meditation.

Visualize or imagine radiant white light as it flows through your arteries and veins,

Fills your heart and lungs,

The air you breathe.

Allow its presence to cleanse and purify your blood and to fill your entire being with a sense of peace.

As that peace washes over you,

Consciously connect with the person you are becoming,

That part of you that has already claimed freedom from bondage,

That part of you that knows exactly how to see you through,

Connect with him or her through your heart and through your third eye.

Awaken their spirit more fully within your DNA so that you may merge deeper and deeper into oneness with them as millions of new connections within your nervous system are initiated.

And as you begin to scan your body,

Scan your field for any bonds that you've put in place,

Allow this to be done without need to figure out where these bonds came from or why you placed them or who was involved.

Simply allow your intuition to take you through the process of observing them and then when you find one,

Infuse it with gratitude,

Thank it for all it did for you,

For all it helped you survive in the moment,

Fill it with love and fill it with kindness and awareness.

Release any expectation that your loving kindness will release it and then follow your intuition and find the next bond.

Begin in your energy field,

The area that surrounds your body and look for anything there.

Once you fill all of those bonds with loving kindness and gratitude,

Bring your search inward.

Start at the top of your head and make your way all the way down to your toes.

Fill everything you find with gratitude and loving kindness.

Turn your awareness inward toward any void or space left behind from all that you've released today.

Fill them with unconditional love for yourself,

Your choices and your path and gratitude for your opportunities to learn and grow.

You can also feel the energy of your body and your mind as you release the energy that you've been seeking for years to learn and grow.

Set the intention to release more and more of these bonds each time you listen to this meditation.

Ask your heart to help you stay in the moment and to be aware of any potential opportunity that you have for you and true to your authentic self.

Allow for full and complete integration of this new level of awareness into your being on a cellular level with ease and grace in the now moment and in alignment with your authentic self.

We offer this up to anyone in the world who would like to experience it for themselves.

And with love and gratitude in our hearts,

We close this sacred space.

Slowly and gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Slowly,

Open your eyes.
