Hello and welcome to your Power Grid installation and activation.
I am Dr.
Kate Flynn,
Creator of Activate Ascension and today I'd like to share with you a bit of a light-hearted way to help you begin transferring energy and power from your thoughts and to your body.
So I like to think of our bodies as our space our spaceships,
Right?
They are the vessel through which our souls experience life on this planet in this dimension and they are constantly giving us feedback and signaling us and guiding us but we've been pretty much conditioned to live within our thoughts,
Right?
We have to think a certain way,
Be a certain way,
We have to fit into a particular box and meet other people's expectations and so on.
So this is all about shifting that balance so you can give your thoughts a rest and you can really start to live from and in tune with your body.
This will allow us to take better care of our bodies and make it easier for us to make decisions especially when it comes to those things that are really important decisions with our health and relationships,
A career,
Financial decisions,
All of those kinds of things.
So you can sit or lie in whatever position feels most comfortable to you.
If you'd like to turn on a little bit of background music feel free to do so and if you find it easier to engage your imagination when you are or when you have your eyes closed then close your eyes and if you find it easier to engage your imagination with your eyes open then feel free to keep them open.
Whatever works for you is what I encourage you to do.
So throughout this meditation you will visit fantastical places and you are going to allow your imagination to run wild.
So this is a great way to re-engage with the playfulness that probably came pretty easily to you as a child but maybe you haven't had much practice with as an adult.
At each place you will visit you will meet a guide and they will have a question for you.
You'll have plenty of time to answer the question and then they will share a message with you and offer a gift for you to receive.
All right so let's go ahead and get started.
Enjoy a nice deep inhale breath and as you exhale begin to release any thoughts,
Worries,
Or concerns for the day.
Greet the moment as it is open to receive and willing to release.
Settle more fully into sacred space and invite in beings and energies of high light and vibration to impart wisdom,
Light your path,
And fill you with love.
Establish a pure connection between yourself and source free from ego,
Bias,
Competition,
Or need for control and fully and willingly release anything you may be holding that could interfere with the accurate interpretation of the wisdom coming forth.
Come into your sacred heart,
The aspect where soul self meets physical self,
Where you know,
Understand,
And have full faith that all you seek lies within.
Surround your heart with a green Merkaba or three-dimensional Star of David.
See if you can tune in and watch the upward facing pyramid begin to rotate slowly counterclockwise and the downward facing pyramid to begin rotating slowly clockwise.
If you can't see it that's okay imagine it or pretend that it's there.
Remember that energy follows intention so as long as you are intending for these things to happen they are.
Set your intention for this time to install and activate a new power grid,
One that shifts awareness to your body from your mind.
Allow this to be done with ease and grace in the now moment and in alignment with your authentic self.
Begin to radiate pure energy and unconditional love out from your heart as they are poured down into you from source and channeled up into you from the center of the earth.
Grow that love and energy out in all directions.
Fill your entire physical being,
Your auric field,
And surround and perfuse your intention.
Open to receive divine guidance and begin to awaken more fully to your authentic self.
Connect with them through your third eye,
Through your heart.
Merge deeper and deeper into oneness with them as millions of new connections within your nervous system are initiated now.
Imagine radiant white light flowing through your arteries and veins,
Filling your heart and lungs,
The very air you breathe.
Allow its presence to cleanse and purify your blood,
Your thoughts,
And your breath.
Prepare to embark on your magical mystical journey.
You first find yourself at a beautiful waterfall.
What comes to your awareness when you hear that word waterfall?
Is it a place you visited in the past or is it a place solely conjured up by your imagination?
Whatever you see here and throughout,
Trust.
As you walk towards the waterfall,
You encounter a fairy.
The fairy asks you,
When was the last time you truly felt free?
Consider the answer to their question.
When was the last time you felt free?
No matter when,
Where,
Or how long ago that experience of freedom may have been,
The fairy's message to you is to begin to channel that energy forth.
Bring the freedom from your past into your present.
As you continue channeling that energy forth,
The fairy gives you with a ball of white light.
Perhaps you'd like to place this in your third eye where maybe it sends out impulses of light and goodness and energy.
Or maybe there's somewhere else you feel drawn to receive that gift.
Wherever you would like to accept it,
Do so now.
You next find yourself on the moon and the moon itself is your guide.
The moon's question for you is where is your energy stagnated?
This may be a physical place within you.
It may be in your energy field.
It may be in your thoughts or in your relationships.
Trust whatever location comes up to awareness when you consider where any stagnated energy lies.
The moon offers you a mini moon.
It's up to you to describe it.
Is it a sliver of a moon,
A quarter,
Half,
A full moon?
Is it spherical like the moon itself or maybe it's disc shaped?
Whatever the moon's gift to you looks like,
Use it to begin relieving any stagnation you feel.
Receive the mini moon into those places and allow it to create and open new flows and streams of energy within you.
You now find yourself in a very lush and green mystical meadow.
Allow your imagination to run free and fill your senses with this new place.
What does it look like?
How does it feel to be there?
Maybe there's a particular smell in the air.
Settle into the space of a mystical meadow where you are greeted by a unicorn.
Maybe you have a carrot or an apple in your pocket that you'd like to share with the unicorn.
Whatever feels correct and best for you.
The unicorn asks,
What identity are you willing to give up to move forward in the way you would like?
Consider their question fully.
Perhaps it's the identity of I can do it all by myself.
I don't need anyone else's help.
Or maybe it's the identity of feeling broken,
Feeling unwhole.
Wait for your body's response.
What is your body showing you in terms of an identity that is no longer serving your highest and authentic good?
The unicorn offers you sparkles to help you transmute and release that identity.
Allow the sparkles to fill your entire physical being and your auric field.
You next find yourself in the middle of a massive desert.
The sun is burning brightly and you are captivated by this perhaps foreign or unfamiliar landscape.
How does life at all come out of such a place?
You turn to your right and you are greeted by a lion,
A grand and magnificent lion.
This lion asks you,
Why do you block your courageous nature?
Consider how you benefit from playing it safe,
From avoiding risks,
From eliminating experiences or opportunities that would ask you to be courageous.
If you are ready to move through your reasons and unlock your courage,
Allow the lion to share with you face-licking love nuzzles.
Allow these nuzzles to awaken your courage.
The next place you find yourself will feel a little more familiar to you.
You are coming into your heart and you are greeted by your higher self,
Your authentic self,
That part of you that knows what is you and what is the expectations placed upon you.
You are now in the middle of a desert.
