A meditation, an activation, a healing session. Board the rocket ship of expanded consciousness, open your third eye, and engage your intuition. Quiet the objections of your mind, feel the process in your heart, and slip into the flow of the meditation. Don't spend a lot of time in head-space. The pace is quick. Go with it rather than resist it. Each time you listen, you'll get more and more out of it. The ability to fully experience this meditation has more to do with how easily you surrender ego and come into heart than on how long you've been meditating. If you've been meditating a while, you may hit some resistance because it probably won't look or feel like what you may be used to or what you think it "should" look or feel like. Trust and surrender to the process, allowing the activation rather than trying to control it. The numbers are light language and speak directly to your heart. Don't freak out when you hear them. Begin by listening twice per week for 10 weeks.
