Low-guidance meditation.

A quick and effective practice for releasing stress,

Balancing your nervous system,

Clearing your mind.

You can do this at any time in the day.

In each minute,

I will give you a prompt.

Let your awareness now drop into the present moment.

Now,

Become aware of what your thoughts,

Your feelings,

And your sensations in your body are,

Right now.

In this moment.

Do not push anything away.

Welcome them.

Be aware of them.

Now,

Rest.

Relax.

Ease into the awareness of awareness itself.

Experience the expansion of space.

Feel yourself rest in that space that knows all things.

Expand like the ocean.

Like the sky.

Spacious expansion.

Now,

Take one last deep breath and return to your day.

Mindful,

Alive,

And aware.
