Once upon a time,

There was a world where witches,

Vampires,

And demons roamed freely among the humans,

Hidden from their sight.

In this world,

Magic was real,

And ancient secrets lay buried deep within the earth.

It was a world of mystery,

Intrigue,

And danger,

But also one of beauty and wonder.

As you close your eyes and begin to drift into a deep,

Restful sleep,

You find yourself transported to this world.

You are standing in the middle of a dense forest,

The trees towering high above you and casting long,

Dappled shadows on the ground.

The air is cool and fresh,

And the scent of pine and earth fills your senses.

You take a deep breath and begin to walk,

Following a narrow path that winds its way through the trees.

The path is soft underfoot,

And the leaves rustle gently as you move.

You can hear the sound of a stream in the distance,

Its burbling melody soothing and calming.

As you walk,

You begin to notice small signs of magic around you.

The leaves on the trees are a vibrant green,

And tiny,

Sparkling lights dance among their branches.

Flowers of every color bloom along the path,

And their scent is heady and intoxicating.

You come to a clearing,

And in the center,

You see a small stone circle.

The stones are old,

Weathered,

And mossy,

But they seem to pulse with an ancient energy.

You step into the circle,

And as you do,

You feel a tingle in your fingertips and a warmth in your chest.

You close your eyes and you take a deep breath,

Letting yourself sink deeper into the magic of the place.

You feel a sense of peace and tranquility wash over you,

Like a warm blanket on a chilly day.

As you stand in the circle,

You become aware of a presence beside you.

You turn to see a woman standing there,

Her long black hair cascading down her back like a waterfall.

She is tall,

And she is elegant,

With a regal bearing and piercing blue eyes.

She speaks to you in a soft,

Musical voice.

Welcome,

Traveler.

I am Diana,

A witch of the old ways.

I have been expecting you.

You feel a jolt of surprise at her words,

But also a sense of excitement and curiosity.

You wonder what she means,

And what she has in store for you.

Diana gestures to the stones around you.

These stones are a conduit for ancient magic,

Magic that has been woven into the very fabric of the earth.

Close your eyes,

And allow yourself to feel its power.

You do as she instructs,

And as you close your eyes,

You feel a surge of energy pass through you.

It is warm and tingly,

Like the feeling of sunshine on your skin.

You feel yourself become lighter,

Freer,

And more open to the magic of the world.

You open your eyes,

And Diana smiles at you.

Good,

She says.

Now,

I want you to focus on your breathing.

Take slow,

Deep breaths,

And let yourself sink deeper into the earth.

You do as she says,

Inhaling deeply,

And exhaling slowly.

You feel your body becoming more relaxed,

More at ease.

Your muscles unwind,

And your mind becomes still.

Now,

Diana says,

I want you to visualize a place of peace and tranquility.

It can be anywhere,

A beach,

A forest,

A mountaintop.

Whatever brings you joy and calm,

You close your eyes again,

And you let your mind wander.

You imagine a beach,

With crystal clear waters lapping gently at the shore.

The sand is white and warm,

And the sun shines down on you,

Making you feel alive and vibrant.

Diana nods in approval.

Good.

Now,

I want you to step into that visualization.

Feel the sand under your feet.

Feel the sun on your skin,

The salty breeze on your face.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in that place of peace and tranquility.

You take a deep breath,

And you step into your visualization.

You feel the warm sand under your feet,

And the sun shines down on you,

Making you feel alive and vibrant.

The sound of the waves lapping against the shore is soothing and calming,

And you can feel your tension melting away.

As you stand there,

Breathing in that salty air,

And feeling the warmth of the sun,

You begin to feel a deep sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for the beauty of the world,

For the magic that surrounds you,

For the people in your life who love and support you.

Diana's voice breaks through your reverie.

Now,

I want you to focus on your body.

Start at your toes and work your way up,

Tensing and then releasing each muscle group.

Allow your body to fully relax and again sink deeper into the earth.

You do as she instructs,

Tensing and then releasing each muscle group in turn.

Your toes,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your abdomen,

Your chest,

Your arm,

Your neck,

And finally your face.

You feel your body becoming more and more relaxed,

And you sink deeper into the earth,

Feeling fully supported and safe.

Now,

Diana says,

I want you to visualize a white light,

Shining bright and pure.

This light represents the love and support that surrounds you,

From your loved ones,

From the universe,

From the divine.

Allow yourself to bask in that light,

To feel its warmth and comfort.

You visualize the white light shining bright and pure,

And you feel it envelop you,

Surrounding you in a warm and comforting embrace.

You feel a deep sense of peace and contentment,

Knowing that you are loved and supported no matter what.

Diana's voice becomes softer.

Now,

I want you to focus on your intention for this meditation time.

What is it that you wish to manifest in your life?

What do you want to let go of?

What do you want to bring in?

You take a moment to reflect on your intention,

And as you do,

You feel a sense of clarity and purpose.

You know what you want,

And what you need,

And you feel confident that you can bring it into your life.

Diana's voice becomes even softer.

Now,

I want you to repeat after me,

I am worthy,

I am loved,

I am supported,

I am enough.

You repeat the words after her,

Feeling their truth in your bones.

You know that you are worthy,

You are loved,

And you are supported,

And that you are enough,

Just as you are.

Diana smiles at you.

Good.

Now,

Take one final deep breath,

And when you exhale,

Allow yourself to sink fully into the earth,

Feeling fully supported and safe.

You take that deep breath,

And you exhale,

And you sink fully into the earth.

You feel a sense of deep peace and contentment,

Knowing that you are loved and supported no matter what.

You know that you are worthy,

You are loved,

And you are enough,

Just as you are.

You know that you are exactly where you need to be,

And that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

As you drift now deeper and deeper into sleep,

You feel that sense of gratitude and wonder for the magic of the world.

You are a part of something much larger than yourself.

You know that you are loved,

And that you are worthy of all the joy and abundance that life has to offer.

And as you sink deeper now,

And deeper into sleep,

You know that you will wake up feeling renewed,

Refreshed,

And ready to embrace whatever the world has in store.
