This meditation is designed to help calm anxiety and promote inner peace. You can play it in a quiet space wherever you find you need a moment to reset emotionally. The meditation includes a guided visualization. Throughout the meditation, you will be prompted to repeat affirmations that promote calm and control over anxious thoughts and feelings. After a few minutes, you will be guided to slowly return to the day feeling centered and more in control of your wellbeing

Hello.

This is a short,

Calming meditation when you're struggling with anxiety.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful place,

Surrounded by nature.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

And the gentle breeze on your face.

Listen to the sound of birds singing and the leaves rustling around you.

Immerse yourself in this serene environment.

As you breathe in,

Imagine inhaling calmness and serenity.

As you exhale,

Release any tension and worries from your body and mind.

Focus on your breath.

Let your breath bring you back to the present moment,

And allow your breath to bring you ease and relaxation.

Now,

Visualize a golden light surrounding your body.

This golden light is filling you with a sense of comfort and security.

Repeat the following affirmation.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

Take a few more deep breaths.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and renewed.

Remember,

This peaceful feeling is always within you,

And you can come back to it anytime you need to.

It’s incredible what 3 minutes can do to regulate your nervous system. By taking time to immerse in a sound bath, invite fresh energy and Prana through the breath and repeating affirmations of feeling safe, calm, and at peace, I literally felt this in just 3 minutes. So beautiful. πŸ™
