Listen to the sound of birds singing and the leaves rustling around you.
Immerse yourself in this serene environment.
As you breathe in,
Imagine inhaling calmness and serenity.
As you exhale,
Release any tension and worries from your body and mind.
Focus on your breath.
Let your breath bring you back to the present moment,
And allow your breath to bring you ease and relaxation.
Now,
Visualize a golden light surrounding your body.
This golden light is filling you with a sense of comfort and security.
Repeat the following affirmation.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
Take a few more deep breaths.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Feeling refreshed and renewed.
