Good evening,

My name is Karen Voss.

Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation for deep sleep.

Tonight,

You will release what is not serving you for a deep,

Restful sleep.

Letting go in the mind and restoring your body.

This is an invitation for you to create space,

For a time of personal expansion and relaxation.

Inviting the sleep your body needs and wants.

It will be what it is meant to be for you.

There are no expectations or demands.

This time of meditation will help you achieve the healthy,

Deep sleep your body needs.

Create a space that welcomes rest.

You deserve this time and this space.

As you lay down in your bed,

Feel your sheets.

Feel your bed as it supports you.

Let yourself relax into your bed.

Let your bed hold you.

Feel the pillow under your head,

Softening your neck and shoulders.

When you are comfortable,

You are ready to begin.

As we begin,

Take a deep breath in.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three.

Holding one,

Two,

Three.

And releasing one,

Two,

Three.

With each breath that you gift your body,

You are breathing in serenity and calmness and relaxation.

Releasing tension and stress and any other thoughts or negative emotions with each out breath.

Breathing in deeply and releasing deeply.

Continue this breathing and as you breathe,

Become very comfortable in your body.

Observe your body.

Notice any sensations in your body or anything that your body is telling you in this moment.

You can start by sending love into your toes and feet.

Give them thanks for all they have done for you today.

You can move your toes.

Stretch out your feet.

Circle your ankles.

Smile as they move against your soft sheets.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Move your breath into your legs.

Give them gratitude for their strength and willingness to support you wherever you go.

Release any tension you feel by sending your breath into your legs.

Carry your breath now into your hips.

You can rock them gently back and forth.

Simple movements side to side.

Let them sink down and rest.

As you carry your breath into your chest and shoulders,

Breathe now.

Send that breath into your shoulders.

If you feel tension,

You can gently roll them.

Feel them let go into your soft bed.

Moving now up to your neck,

You can gently move your neck side to side.

Side to side on your pillow.

Give thanks to your neck,

Your neck that helps you experience everything.

Send your breath into the front and back of your neck.

Your head,

Your crown awaits your breath.

Move your jaw gently.

Release any tension there from the day.

Feel your head give into the pillow.

Feel the softness,

All the support around you as you begin to relax in the sleep meditation.

If any thoughts or worries come to mind,

Know that you can set them aside and come back to them later.

You do not have to ignore them.

You can simply set them aside for another space,

Another time.

As you continue to breathe with each in and out breath,

You are beginning to relax deeper and deeper into your relaxation.

And as you get comfortable in your relaxation,

I want you to picture yourself walking in a field.

The field is very much like a meadow.

It is lush and green.

The grass is soft.

It is a very pleasant warm summer evening.

You deeply inhale the warm summer air.

You take a moment to breathe in and out slowly.

Ah,

The fresh air.

How nice it is to be outside.

You continue to walk through the field and as you're walking,

You notice there is something ahead of you.

As you move closer,

You begin to see the outline of a carnival tent.

Excitement flows through you as you wonder what you may find inside.

You walk towards the tent and notice it is so peaceful around it.

There is no one there but you.

This quiet space is comforting and welcoming.

Slowly you draw back the curtain that is the entrance and the silky fabric slides freely through your hand.

This is a safe place.

This is a place of joy and imagination.

Decide now that only love and light exist here.

You move through the curtains into the carnival tent.

It is darker inside.

There is a golden glow surrounding everything.

As your eyes adjust,

You begin to see there are doors around the inside of the tent.

Each door is very different,

Different sizes,

Different colors.

Each door is made with different craftsmanship and materials.

You can enter any of them.

Choose one now.

You move towards the door you choose.

What does it look like?

How does this door make you feel?

Is it a big door or a small door?

Is it on the floor or hanging on a wall?

Anything is possible in your dream realm.

As you open the door,

You step forward.

You step into a beautiful and wonderfully made world just for you.

Everything you see delights you.

It is as though this world knows you and was made by you.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

How do you feel?

Is there anyone there with you?

This is a place of warmth.

This is a place of good dreams and wishes.

You are not afraid.

Move around in this wonderful place.

You feel connected to this place.

You see yourself in this place,

Your true self.

You realize you can let go of any limitations from a past that no longer exists.

The old cannot be as the new you creates new realities,

Manifests new experiences,

Attracts new types of people.

It feels so good to let yourself be fully seen.

You can feel your skin tingle as you feel your own power that has always been inside of you rise,

Rise,

Rise.

You move now with purpose into the beginning of this wonderful dream.

This dream that is always within you,

Always inside of you.

Breathe this in.

Enjoy this connection to your higher self.

Enjoy this place.

Feel the light shining all around you.

You realize you have been gifted a greater insight.

You have gained a new perspective.

You realize there is no need to fear what has happened as it does not exist in the now.

Your past self,

Your past experiences were all part of a refiner's wheel.

They do not need to be the reason that you of today holds doubt or fear.

You see your magnificence.

It has replaced any fears or doubts you have.

You welcome it in with open arms.

You have aligned with the truth within you.

You are a master of your reality.

You transform and grow and keep creating in a limitless and free world.

As you peer off and see the sparkling golden light,

You are filled with gratitude as you realize it was within you all along.

This is a sacred space you can always tap into.

It is within you always.

You can access this anytime you feel a lack of vibration.

You are magnificent.

What you desire is real and meant for you in all its goodness.

This is your reality.

Move now into the wonder of you and this beautiful space.

Allow yourself to relax into it.

Breathing in and releasing.

Slowing your breath.

Deepening your breath.

You are safe to stay and play here.

Let yourself go deeper and deeper into the dreams that await you.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

You can barely notice your breath now because it has slowed to only what is needed for a deep and restful sleep.

You sleep deeply.

Your breathing feels natural as it deepens.

You deserve this rest.

You sleep soundly now.

You are in this wonderful place.

You have let go of any unnecessary thoughts.

You are falling deeper and deeper into this dream.

You are deserving of this rest.

You will be rested for everyone in your life tomorrow.

This is the sleep you need to be the best you can be.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

Play.

Let go into this world that has awakened for you.

It is your world.

It is wonderful.

Your dream is your higher self,

And you feel so complete here.

Let your sleep allow your dream to take you to different good places.

Places where you will have important experiences.

You sleep deeply and effortlessly.

Good.

Sleep comes easily for you.

You will be rejuvenated and energized when you arise in the morning,

Grateful for this gift you have given yourself,

This gift of sleep.

You are falling into a sound sleep.

Let my voice completely fade.

Enjoy this rest,

This dream,

And this space you are in.

The sounds around you are fading,

And you,

You are drifting.

So relaxed.

So content.

So safe.

You are ready.

You are already in a wonderful dream.

Your body is so warm and comfortable.

Easy now.

Easy now into sleep.

My voice fading into this peaceful night.

Sleeping sleep.

Sleep.
