This is a deep sleep meditation for successful weight loss. In this deep sleep meditation, you will shift your emotions around why you are holding weight and then move your energy into a place that is ready to let go. When you change your mindset, you change everything. We are going to go deep into relaxation. You may find it moving you into a space of deep relaxation. This meditation will shift your mind at deep levels.

Hello and welcome to a deep sleep meditation.
In this deep sleep meditation,
You will shift your emotions around why you are holding weight and then move your energy into a place that is ready to let go.
When you change your mindset,
You change everything.
You are going to go deep into relaxation.
You may find it hypnotic and moving you into a space of deep relaxation.
I will guide you through this effortless and relaxed journey that will have profound effects on your mind and body.
This meditation will shift your mind at deep levels,
Allowing you to experience weight loss and improve well-being in all areas of your life.
As you begin by getting comfortable in your bed,
Bring your attention to your breath.
You will begin the journey into a wonderful and inviting hypnotic state of mind.
In this state,
You can experience deep levels of relaxation and calm.
You will shift the places that will allow for weight loss that is easy and smooth.
You are healing all parts of you.
Everything is connected.
As you release and let go of emotions,
Thoughts,
Worries that you are holding onto,
You become lighter in mind and your body follows.
This is true healing.
You simply have to allow and tune in.
Seeing yourself permission to release that weight is powerful.
By doing so,
You are affirming that you are safe in the world and you are ready to be seen.
Breathe.
Breathe deeply.
Levels and weight are interconnected.
When you shift one,
You also shift the other.
As we continue,
Know that you are loved.
Your health is important.
Your happiness is important.
Your ability to live in your fullness is important.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Allow the distraction of life flowing around you to be part of your experience.
Allow your lungs to fully expand as you breathe in.
Remind yourself that you are gifting your body,
Your breath,
This moment.
Allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper on every out-breath.
You can allow your mind to relax.
You can feel your mind become peaceful and still.
If you have any unwanted thoughts,
Simply say in your mind,
Silence now.
Give your thoughts gratitude and know that you can return to them later.
Breathing in.
Holding and releasing.
Good.
Keep breathing in,
Allowing your breath to fill your body.
Allow this relaxation to take you deeper,
Deeper,
Deeper into this meditation.
You can feel yourself getting so comfortable.
You are ready to begin this journey into a wonderful and inviting hypnotic state of mind.
In this state,
You can experience deep levels of relaxation and calm.
You will shift the places that will allow for weight loss that is easy and smooth,
While drifting into a deep and relaxed sleep.
Breathing slower.
Feel the oxygen filling you up,
Knowing there is a limitless supply and you always get what you need and more.
Now as you come deeper into your awareness and into your body,
Allowing yourself to relax,
Allowing your mind to slip to the back,
Noticing now any thoughts,
Feelings or emotions that arise,
Allowing them to be.
Imagining that you are releasing them,
Allowing a deeper connection with yourself and your heart space in this moment.
Be now.
Be present now,
Simply in the moment.
You may close your eyes if you haven't already done so.
When you are ready,
Visualize a beautiful green field.
You are walking barefoot over the grass and can feel the light touch of the blades under the soles of your feet.
In the oneness of this moment,
You are content,
In the flow and satisfied.
You are happy.
You are at peace.
You can feel a deep understanding that your connection to your breath is connected to your weight loss.
You can be the healthiest version of you with effortless ease.
You are so comfortable in this space.
You can see a strong,
Wise and old tree in front of you.
The kind of tree with deep roots intertwined.
You feel yourself approaching the tree,
And you feel the energy coming off the tree,
And you can feel that energy is reflecting your inner self.
Each step closer to the tree invites more peace within you and a deeper feeling of relaxation.
Each step opens you to more peace and releases more of the stress and tension you are carrying.
You have a knowingness wash over you.
You can feel how light your body is without all the stress.
You are healthy here and strong.
You make good choices for your health.
Breathe.
You rest here in this space.
After a time that feels right for you,
You choose to lift the veil that has been around you,
Keeping you from seeing and knowing your higher truth.
You can now see your true self in all its beauty.
You see your essence as it glows over your body.
This feels so good.
You can choose to let go of those things that have served your limitations and those things that you realize were never you.
In this space,
That clarity infuses you with a knowing.
Look up.
Look up now into the branches of the tree.
Set the intention now that the veil of limitations be lifted and all the rules that are no longer serving your higher self be lifted and blow away with the breeze that is around you.
You will only allow that which serves the healthiest form of you into your spirit.
You can feel the breeze pick up and blow stronger,
Lifting those rules and limitations that no longer serve you until they are scattered across the field and then gone.
What is leaving here?
What limitations are you releasing?
What has kept you from experiencing your healthiest self and your truest nature?
You feel power and release within you.
You have created this space and moment.
You have released these limitations.
You see now that all that remains here at the tree and in the branches is only those things that can serve you and your highest good.
You see yourself in your amazing body.
With this clarity,
You give this moment gratitude.
You place your hands on the tree and feel all the energy,
All the energy of the highest good flowing within you.
You feel peace and absolute knowing.
Feeling the wonder of who you are without limitations.
Feeling this new vibration in all spaces of your body,
Rooting it into the ground below you and feeling it flow out of your crown at the top of your head.
You may say aloud or in your head.
Thank you body for keeping me safe.
I am ready to release the weight and live in my fullness.
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am changing my vibration and pushing past the emotional blocks that are preventing me from losing weight with ease.
I am healed.
I am whole.
As you go into your sleep tonight,
Your body will experience deep cellular restoration from the words you speak over it now.
Know that this energy of wholeness is always part of your human experience and you can always connect to this energy you have experienced here.
You have invited in truth.
You are resting now without shame or fear.
You release any energetic attachments from all lifetimes and up to your present life.
Clearing and releasing.

Thank your body for protecting you.
Love.
Love on your body.
Love on any areas that you see as fat.
Yes.
Make peace with your body now.

Breathing through your strength and courage to let go and be present.
In this breathing and in this moment,
You allow every cell in your body to feel this energy,
The energy of the truest you.
You are ready and have the power to do what is right for you and for your body to live in the fullness of what is your dream life.

You are experiencing weight loss with ease while living a vibrant life.
Place a hand on your heart and give yourself love.
Now let my voice count down gently as you drift into a restful and restorative sleep.
Knowing that your body can heal while you are resting,
I will count from one to five.

Softly focus on the number one.
Take a deep breath in and let it all go.
You can feel a wholeness flowing over your body.
Your bed is so comfortable and warm and inviting you to fall asleep safely.
Two.
You are feeling more and more relaxed.
You are looking forward to a nice deep sleep.
You have infused your spirit with your intentions for good health.

You are drifting now.
Feel how heavy your body feels against the bed.
Your mind is ready to rest for a while.
Your body is ready to take a break.
You are comfortable and you are drifting.
Four.
So calm.
So relaxed.
Five.
Breathing softly,
You are ready to drift off and float away into dreamland.
Feel how heavy your eyelids feel.
Your body is warm and safe in bed and you are drifting.
Feel yourself drift and drift and drift into your deserved rest,
Wrapped in unconditional love and unconditional support on your health journey.
Breathe in slowly.
