Let's start by moving your toes,
Circling your ankles,
And stretching out your feet.
Now,
Stretch out your legs and release.
Stretching them fully,
Wrap your breath gently around your hips.
You can move them from side to side,
Rocking back and forth.
Letting your lower back stretch with your hips.
Breathe.
Breathe into your hips.
Your torso.
Breathe in and exhale.
Feel everything that is coming forward,
And wrap these feelings in a bubble protected by love.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
You are wonderful.
Feel that now.
Letting your body release what is no longer required also means releasing emotions,
Feelings,
Thoughts that no longer serve your highest good.

Pay attention to how you feel and any emotions that arise.
Imagine sending light and love to all parts of you.
