A space to connect with your baby and your body in this special time of your life.
This is a time for relaxation.
A time to calm your mind and visualize the healthy beautiful baby growing within you.
In this special time of your life,
Your pregnancy,
It is good to relax and breathe.
To give yourself the space and time for self-love and stress release.
While you cleanse the negativity and worries you are carrying,
You also open your mind and heart to the connection you are already sharing with your baby.
It is in this calm place that you can already begin to build the bond with your baby's physical and spiritual side.
This is your time.
A time to enjoy this deep meditation for relaxation and connection.
You may feel a soul shift and opening.
It will be what it is meant to be for you.
As we begin,
I invite you to take three deep breaths in and release.
Breathing in,
Allowing your body to begin to relax,
Holding,
Creating space within you and releasing and pushing out all the air.
With each breath you feel yourself go deeper into your body,
Moving less and less from your shoulders and more and more from your belly.
With each breath you gift your body.
Breathe in serenity,
Releasing any tension that you may notice as you begin to relax.
Release this tension with each out breath.
Imagine that you are turning off the noise and creating stillness and calm.
Imagine how your baby feels as your body lets go into the breath.
No struggle.
No stress.
Just ease and peace.
Breathe.
Allow yourself to slip deeper and deeper into your feeling of relaxation.
Deeper into this guided relaxation for a deeper connection meditation.
Feel the relaxation coming over your entire body.
Relax as it flows down your shoulders,
Relaxing them and melting away any tension or stress you hold there.
Feel the relaxation flow now down your entire body.
Feel how relaxed and comfortable you are.
It feels wonderful and you feel warm and deeply relaxed all over.
If you have not closed your eyes I invite you to do so now.
You can begin by bringing your attention into your body.
Notice your body laying or sitting down so comfortable.
Feel the weight of your body on the bed,
The couch,
Chair or wherever you are for this meditation and feel yourself being supported.
Breathing in and now releasing.
Each breath you take invites more oxygen into your body giving you a vibrant energy and as you exhale you can feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper into this meditation.
You may notice your feet resting.
Notice the weight of your feet and the warmth of the relaxation.
You can gently circle your ankles and stretch your feet forward breathing deeper and deeper.
You may notice your legs resting against the place you are in.
Feel the heaviness of letting them go and feel them fully supported.
Stretch out your legs and let them rest.
Feel how your breath is a loving form of energy moving through you and out.
As you move over your body imagine your breath pouring love all over your life giving,
Life supporting and life creating miracle that you are.
Notice your back resting feeling so good to be supported right now.
You can gently rock your hips side to side give your lower back a nice stretch.
Your back that supports you and supports your baby.
Bringing your focus to the belly area let your belly soften yes smile.
You can bring your hand to your belly feeling that loving energy covering and moving all over your belly.

Visualize your baby within your womb.
See the vibrant healthy glow as you take this moment to be fully present in this space.
What do you want to say to your baby right now?
Go ahead speak those words in your heart or aloud.
Feel yourself transform the worries you may carry about being a parent.
You can feel already the connection you have with your child.
Continue this gentle breathing.
Your baby and you are sharing this amazing living system together as you relax and bring calm into your body.
Your baby feels that warmth and connection to.
Say to yourself I am open to the new life growing inside of me.
I relax in my body knowing that I am healthy and strong.
I welcome you my beautiful baby.
I love my body.
I love myself.
I love the changes in my gorgeous body as it moves and creates space for my baby.

You are an amazing manifesting human being connected to all things.
You are an important and connected part of a family that loves you very much.
There is only one person like you mama.
You are opening your body your mind and spirit to the gift of pregnancy of nurturing a new life growing within you.
Your heart embraces the word mother.
There is joy and wonder around becoming a mother now in your life.
You are ready.
You are needed.
You are loved.
You are loved.
You are surrounded by love and in that love know that you are so supported.
You are an amazing mother already and you have everything you need within you.
Breathe into your connection to this energy the strength of all the mothers past present and future a shared experience of pregnancy.
You are not alone.
You have the love and connection of women all around you and you are doing so good.
Smile at your body.
Let your baby feel that smile,
Your happiness,
Your connection.
When you are ready you may begin to return to the space you are in.
Gently opening your eyes when you are ready.
