Close your eyes,

As you stand by the ocean,
You can hear the waves gently crashing against the shore.
The cool breeze brushes against your skin,
Carrying with it the refreshing scent of the sea.
The sun is setting,
Casting a warm orange glow across the horizon.
Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this moment,
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this peaceful setting.
As we begin our walk down the path towards the lighthouse,
Allow your body to relax and your mind to let go of any tension or stress.
Each step you take on the path brings you closer to a place of calm and serenity.
You can hear the sound of seagulls calling in the distance,
And the soft rustling of leaves as a gentle breeze passes through.
As we approach the lighthouse,
Notice the details around you.
The brick walls,
The wooden door,
And the stairs leading up to the top.
The lighthouse is tall,
Standing proud and sturdy against the ocean's waves.
With each step you climb higher,
And your body becomes more and more relaxed.
Each step is another moment of peace,
As your mind and body let go of any worries or concerns.
Feel the relaxation wash over you,
Like the waves of the ocean.
As you reach the first landing,
Take a moment to pause and look around.
You can see the ocean stretching out before you,
The waves rippling in the light of the setting sun.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Feeling the cool air fill your lungs,
And the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this moment,
Letting go of any thoughts or distractions.
With each step you climb higher,
And your body becomes more and more relaxed.
You feel a sense of calm wash over you,
And you allow yourself to fully surrender to the moment.
You can feel the strength and support of the lighthouse,
Guiding you up towards the top.
As you reach the second landing,
You notice the view has changed slightly.
The ocean is still there,
But the sun has set,
And the stars have started to appear in the sky.
A cool breeze has turned into a gentle wind,
And you can feel it brushing against your skin.
As you climb higher,
You become more and more relaxed,
Feeling the tension and stress in your body melting away with each step.
You can hear the sound of your own breath,
And the beat of your own heart.
You feel a sense of connection with yourself,
And with the natural world around you.
As you reach the third landing,
You notice the view has changed once again.
The stars have grown brighter,
And the moon has risen high in the sky.
The ocean is dark now,

You feel a sense of peace and calm wash over you,
And you allow yourself to fully let go of any worries or concerns.
As you reach the top of the lighthouse,
You notice the incredible view that surrounds you.
The ocean stretches out in every direction,
And the stars twinkle above you.
You can see for miles and miles,
And you feel a sense of awe and wonder.
Take a moment to appreciate this view,
And to appreciate yourself for taking the time to connect with your own mind and your own body.
You have climbed the stairs to the top of the lighthouse,
And you have done so with a sense of calm and relaxation.
You have allowed yourself to fully let go of any worries or concerns,
And to fully immerse yourself in the present moment.
As you stand at the top of the lighthouse,
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Feel the cool air fill your lungs,
And the warmth of your body as you exhale.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to the peace and calm of this moment,
Knowing that you can return to it whenever you need.
