This meditation takes you through a process to release any heavy energy from your dreams of the day before so that you can start the day feeling fresh and clear. We journey with the healing power of nature using the elements of earth, fire, and water to recalibrate your body, mind, and spirit.

Welcome to your new day.

As you awaken from your sleep to greet the new day,

Observe how your body is feeling.

Do you feel energized and ready for a full day?

Does your body feel tired or fatigued?

Be aware of your body now.

As we use the element of earth to ground you into this new day.

So breathing in from the earth,

The element of strength,

Of security,

Of safety.

Thinking of the rich soil,

Tall mountains,

Beautiful oceans,

Luscious green grass.

Breathing in the richness of the earth,

The stability of the earth,

To ground you into your day.

Allow this energy to flow through your body,

Releasing any traces of fatigue,

Any pain that you may be experiencing.

And allow this energy to energize your body,

Ready to start a new day.

Taking a few breaths in and feel this energy flowing through your body.

Coming up through your feet,

Up your legs,

Into your hips,

Into the torso.

And just let it fuel your body.

And now just becoming aware of how you feel emotionally.

As you have pulled yourself out of slumber,

How are you feeling?

Are there any traces of emotion sitting within you from your deep sleep or from the day before?

What are you carrying into this new day that doesn't serve you?

Sometimes we awake with a feeling of uncertainty or even dread and we don't know why.

We do much work as we sleep,

We process and we do a lot of healing in our sleep,

Which can leave us with raw emotions or unsettled emotions.

Calling now on the element of water to flow through your body and your mind.

And just washing away any traces of unease that you have awoken with.

Let this element of water flow through your torso,

Flow through your mind,

Settling the feelings in your stomach,

Any unease in your solar plexus,

Any anxiety,

Flowing through your mind,

Soothing any feelings of doubt or unease that are flowing through your thoughts.

Let this beautiful element of water wash this away,

Resetting,

Clearing,

Soothing all of the work you've done through your sleep.

Resetting,

Clearing,

Unwinding from the past,

Bringing you into your new day.

The feeling of hope,

Of joy,

Of happiness,

Of confidence.

Breathing in now and letting that element of water flow through your body as though you were sitting under a shower.

And just let it wash away on the out breath any of those residual feelings now.

And now we call on the element of air and we allow the element of air to clear our mind of busyness,

Of stressful thoughts,

Clear our mind of any fogginess as we clear away the debris of dreams.

Letting go any busyness that keeps us trapped in yesterday,

Clearing away any worry for the future that is impacting your new day.

Let the air clear your mind so you have clarity around what's important for today.

So breathing in and imagining a soothing,

Beautiful breeze.

Just soothing your mind,

Calming your nervous system,

Bringing everything into perspective,

Into the present moment.

Allowing yourself now to actually see what's important for you today.

It is here now after you let go of all the worry,

All the busyness,

All the fatigue that the mind has been going through.

It is here that we can reset and set intentions for our day.

Bringing forth how you would like your day to look like.

Having a beautiful intention.

Today is going to be a great day,

Even if I don't know how.

Today is going to be a great day,

Even if I don't know how.

I am ready to be present.

I am ready to bring all of me to everything I do.

I am ready to bring all of me into all of my interrelationships,

Into all of my communication.

I am ready to bring all of me into this day.

Breathing that in and expanding your energy field with these new affirmations.

And now bringing forth the element of fire.

Feeling the element of fire as you would the beautiful sun shining down upon you.

Or a beautiful fire that warms you on a winter's night.

Allowing the fire to turn up your desire,

To inspire you,

To amplify your affirmations.

Let the fire ignite your spirit so that you can be powerful in your day.

That you can be magical in your day.

That you can be strong in your day.

That you can flow through your day.

Allow this fire to amplify all of your intentions.

Amplify the joy.

Amplify the confidence.

Let the fire spark inspiration.

Allow the fire to bring you forth into your day.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes,

Fully prepared,

Reset,

Activated for your new day.
