Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this energy cleansing and purifying meditation.

Today we are going to go on a journey inwards and back in time to discover the root cause of your blockage,

Of your restriction,

Of the inability to flow freely,

To fly to the true heights,

Through the release and purification of your sensual sexual energy.

So I invite you to tune in to tune out as we enjoy this adventure together in this beautiful moment,

The gift that we call now.

I invite you to sit,

To lay or even to stand as however you are guided to position yourself is perfect for this journey.

I ask that you simply set intention to release all that blockage and limitation as we journey inwards knowing that we are safe,

Supported,

Guided and loved.

Go ahead and focus on your breath for a moment,

That beautiful life force energy as it enters and exits you,

Doing so simply through the acceptance of it,

To know that it is acceptance of all things,

Of all that is,

Was or ever shall be that will truly set you free.

So let us take a moment now as we embrace,

As we connect,

Focusing on that beautiful breath as it enters in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Breathing in that beautiful life force energy,

The love that you are,

The love that flows around you,

In you,

Through you at all times.

And breathing out everything and anything which no longer serves you.

And I like you to join me in being playful,

Playful with the breath as we breathe in through the nose for the count of four,

Holding at the top of the breath for four and feeling as that beautiful energy pulsates and surges around you and breathing out for the count of four,

Through the mouth exhaling and releasing everything and anything which limits you and restricts you and holding on the bottom of the breath,

Holding on the exhale for four,

Before allowing for this beautiful cycle to start again.

In through the nose,

Hold and out through the mouth.

Hold.

In through the nose,

Hold and out through the mouth.

Hold.

Just go ahead and continue this cycle in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And as you do,

Picture as that beautiful gold and white light enters from the heavens above through your crown chakra,

As you open yourself up to receive that beautiful divine energy,

That light,

That love,

That warmth,

That radiance as it shines down upon you.

And I ask you to bring to mind a memory,

A picture,

A vision,

A sensation,

A full embodiment of a moment of now that you have previously experienced.

And allow for the image to float up from the depths of your mind,

Of a time that you were sat laying,

Standing,

Swimming,

Running,

Playing,

Whatever it is that you are doing,

That you are doing now,

Within this moment,

Within this memory,

When you were on a beach,

A beautiful,

Warm,

Expansive beach,

With that sand between your toes and the sun kissing your bare skin,

Warming,

Enriching,

Nourishing,

Energizing.

And as the sun shines down upon you,

As you breathe in that love and that light,

Filling,

Embodying,

Completing,

Enriching.

As you breathe in,

Bring your focus of attention first to your crown,

To the top of your head.

And as that light shines down upon you,

Cascades and ripples and trickles down over you,

Feel as though your head is being kissed by an angel,

Massaged by the beautiful and eternal aspect that you are yourself,

That I am,

That we all are.

And as you allow,

Simply allow and let go,

And allow for all of this information,

For all of this energy,

This wisdom,

To be fully and completely embodied.

And watch as this gold and white light continues to filter through you,

As it rains down upon you,

As it enters you without limitation,

Without restriction,

As you open yourself in completion to allow the beautiful,

Divine light to fill you,

To shine through you,

From the heavens above to the earth below.

Go ahead now and watch as you are filled with this beautiful light,

And as it trickles down past your crown chakra,

Down to your third eye,

To your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral,

And your base,

And as it continues down to the very soles of your feet,

Go ahead and allow some deep,

Grounding,

And purifying roots grow from the soles of your feet,

Deeper down,

Deeper down still,

All the way down into the crystalline core of the earth.

And as you are embraced and supported by the Divine Mother,

Allow as that beautiful masculine energy enters you from above,

And that beautiful feminine energy entering you from below.

And watch as they meet in unity in the center,

The center of the maze,

The center of the universe,

The center of yourself,

In your heart,

Where it all starts and ends.

And picture as this flow,

Just like a river,

Flowing downstream,

Reaching each pool along its journey,

Each chakra,

And as it fills each chakra and pushes through any and all debris that may have previously been blocking it or limiting the ability to flow,

Push,

And allow with acceptance the release of all these pollutants of old.

And as this stream flows down the back of your spine,

Purifying and energizing each pool,

Each chakra,

Each energy center,

As it spins within itself freely and purely,

Easy and effortless,

Just as a river flows,

It does so simply as it is a river,

And its nature is to flow without friction,

Resistance,

Or limitation,

Taking the path of least resistance,

Restriction,

And limitation.

And knowing that all rivers lead back to the ocean,

Continue to push through any and all pollutants of old,

Returning them back to source,

Back to the ocean,

Where the waves of existence will break them down,

Purifying,

Cleansing,

And redistributing that energy.

And now,

As Mother Earth absorbs all that no longer serves you,

Sending all of that information all the way down,

Deeper down still,

All the way down to the soles of your feet and into the crystalline core of our beautiful planet.

And to bring completion to this cycle,

To this circle,

To reality itself,

Allow,

Simply allow as energy flows up the front of you,

From the very core of the earth,

The purest,

Most supportive,

Loving,

And embracing feminine energy,

As it surges and raises within you,

And as it passes over your base chakra,

Allow as you let go in completion and surrender to that feminine quality,

That divinity that you are.

Men and women are all divine feminine,

Just as we are all divine masculine.

Through the complete acceptance and surrenderance of all that is,

Will you realize just what you are capable of experiencing,

Of achieving,

Of creating,

Of enjoying.

And as that energy raises up that warm,

Beautiful,

Embracing and supportive red energy,

As it surges up through you,

Feel as it warms your lines,

Your sexual organs,

And allow as that release continues to rise up through you,

Entering into your sacral chakra,

Your pleasure center,

Where all your sensual desires,

Experiences,

And beliefs are housed,

And picture as that energy continues to surge around you,

And feel as that beautiful divine masculine energy,

As it enters the crown of your head,

Tickling and caressing you,

And as it flows down through you,

Massaging the top of your head,

The back down to your neck,

And as that beautiful lavender or golden white light fills you,

Watch as that pool illuminates,

And as you connect to the infinite source of all the tears,

Allow for all experiences,

Desires,

Perspectives,

And beliefs of old to wash through you,

Pure,

Naked,

And free.

I see you,

Naked and bare,

And I embrace you,

Wrapping my arms around you,

So that you know you are always safe,

Always loved,

Always free,

And as that energy,

That divine masculine energy continues to surge through you,

Allow as it enters,

As it filtrates and flows downwards,

Filling the pool that is your third eye,

And as all forms of limitation,

Separation,

As all calcification is blown away,

Washed away,

As it melts away,

Picturing a piece of ice as you are still laying on that beach,

Being placed into your cup beside you,

The cup of water that when you drink becomes you,

And as that feeling of separation,

The ice appearing different in form,

In quality,

In vibration,

Watch through the decalcification of your pineal gland,

Watch as that ice melts,

Melting away and returning back to the water once it came.

Allow them,

And just allow as that waterfall continues to cascade downwards,

And as that beautiful feminine energy continues to rise and to flow within you,

Reaching now as it flows up from the earth below,

Reaching your solar plexus,

Your energy center,

As that beautiful yellow pranic life force energy fills the pool and overflows continuing upstream,

Continuing downstream,

Continuing around,

As it all loops back upon itself,

As there is only ever this moment of now,

And continue to fill as you breathe in,

With each breath absorbing and embodying that beautiful pranic life force energy.

And as that masculine continues to flow down through you,

Entering into you,

Filling you without resistance,

With full and complete acceptance as you open yourself,

As you surrender yourself,

Mind,

Body and soul.

Surrender.

Surrender and let go.

As it enters into your throat,

As you open your mouth and breathe out,

Release,

Exhale,

Purge all feelings that have been placed upon you,

Any form of conflict,

Any time that you felt controlled,

Restricted,

Limited,

A feeling of being placed under control,

Imprisonment,

Feeling bound,

Tied,

Defied,

Restricted,

As though a gag is placed upon you and you are unable to truly be you.

Release it,

Let it go and return to that beautiful and natural state of flow.

Whatever needs to be said will be expressed at the end of this journey.

Allowing for everything this has been,

For the full acceptance of it,

Knowing that it does not defy you,

But only speaks about the person upon the other side,

The person that placed this feeling of repression,

Of control or limitation upon you.

Bringing that person to mind,

Express yourself fully and completely to them,

Tell them what it is they did to you and how it affected you,

Knowing that all that is,

Was,

Or ever shall be is with you,

Is in you,

Is part of you.

And as that light of the sun shines down upon you equally and unconditionally,

Allow,

Let go,

Knowing you are safe,

Allow,

With an acceptance of what has taken place,

Release any form of control that anybody else has over you.

You have been victimized,

Mistreated,

Hurt,

Lied to and cheated.

Breathing in with trust,

Surrender and full acceptance as you breathe out all that else or defies you.

And as it continues to be released,

With acceptance and surrenderance,

Watch,

Hear,

Feel and embody as that river,

As that energy continues to flow down through you,

Coming to the center of you.

And as that energy is being entered and filled from below you,

That beautiful feminine energy as it flows through you,

Watch,

Feel,

Hear and embody the truth as it centers within you as the masculine and the feminine come to rest together in your heart center.

And take a moment just to ground,

To connect,

To settle in to the center of who you are,

The center of this moment of now,

The center of all things.

That beloved that is the glue that binds us all.

Go ahead now as we begin to circulate and flow this energy in a figure of eight around you,

As it enters from the heavens above,

Flowing down your back and down your front,

Crossing over to your heart center as it flows down your front and down your back.

And back up from the very depths of the planet,

The very depths of yourself as that beautiful energy flows up,

Up your front and up your back,

Crossing over at your heart center,

Up your chest and your upper back.

And then allow as it begins to actually settle in to a particular rhythm and that figure of eight into the crown down the front of yourself,

Crossing over your heart and continuing to flow down the back,

Looping around to raise back up the front,

Crossing over at your heart and raising up your back,

Back to the center,

Back to the crown and continuing as it begins to flow down.

And go ahead and watch as that breath enters you,

Filling up your abdomen,

Your belly.

When you reach the top of the exhale,

Go ahead and actually play with the breath and exhale for a further count of two up into the center of you.

Breathe out with mindfulness and purpose as you release everything and anything which no longer serves you,

Any element that remains within you that is not beneficial for you,

For the collective,

For the greater good,

For your mission and quest here within this life.

It's time to release.

It's time to let it go.

So go ahead now.

And return to your natural state of flow.

Breathing in,

And into your heart.

Breathing into your belly,

Up into your heart.

And allow as these sensations wash over you,

Knowing that you are safe,

That you are secure,

That you are loved,

Embraced within the divine masculine as well as the divine feminine.

I ask that you surrender yourself to me fully and completely in this moment of now.

That you take my hand and together we will take the leap of faith,

Standing upon a cliff looking down into the depths of the ocean below so that we can submerge ourselves into that pool of information to discover the truth and remove all feelings of separation and limitation.

Take my hand and jump with me now.

As we enter into the depths,

Into the darkness,

Knowing that the light that is within you is brighter than a thousand suns.

And as you allow for your heart center to shine clear and true,

Watch as it illuminates everywhere that you can see,

Feel and hear with a crispness of vision likened to one that you have not experienced in a very long time.

A feeling of true liberation,

Of excitement,

A feeling of freedom.

So speaking now directly to your unconscious,

Your subconscious mind,

The part of you that stores all information across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities.

I would like to ask you for you to just allow for that voice,

The voice that whispers to bring you the information,

Allow as your subconscious mind delivers you the information required so that it can allow,

It can let go,

Move forwards from transcending that feeling of repression and the inability to enjoy yourself sensually and sexually.

Allow as that voice that whispers as your subconscious mind,

The part of you that is responsible for keeping you safe.

Allow for it to bring up all this information so that you can move forwards from transcending all feelings of limitation.

Letting the subconscious mind perform its highest and truest directive to the best of its potential to protect and serve you.

No longer hiding this information from you but bringing it into the light so that it can become the light,

Transcended by the light and returning to the light.

Go ahead now and allow for the information to bubble up,

To drift up,

To raise up.

Listening to your unconscious,

Your subconscious mind,

When was the first time,

The first experience which when disconnected will cause the entire belief,

The entire program,

All feelings of restriction and limitation,

All feelings of being victimized,

Traumatized,

Any and all sensations that are less than the truth of who you are,

The unlimited divine being,

A being of love and light.

When was the first time that you switched off your sexual desires,

Ability to flow freely,

Purely and unconditionally?

When was the first time that you felt victimized or repressed sexually?

And allow for whatever comes up to do so with clarity,

Knowing that you are safe and protected.

Go ahead and venture and journey,

Travel all the way back to that moment,

Embraced in that beautiful divine energy.

You are safe,

You are supported,

You are loved.

Wherever and whenever it is that you have traveled back to,

I would like for you to shine that light,

The light that is brighter than a thousand suns,

The light from the heavens above that shines down upon you and through you,

Down,

Cascading down,

Showering down,

To the version of you in that past event,

The past situation,

The past moment of now,

As you embrace yourself in support and understanding and unity.

Go ahead and ask your unconscious,

Your subconscious mind what it is that it needs to learn from this event,

The learnings of which will allow you to let go of a feeling of oppression,

Frustration and all forms of victimhood easily and effortlessly so you can return to your natural divine aspect of flow,

Divine masculine and divine feminine fully embodied,

Flowing through you,

From you and to you equally and unconditionally,

Without limitation,

Without confrontation,

Without separation,

Fully and completely unified with all beings,

In all places,

In all times,

Sexually free to be whoever you are,

To be with whoever you desire,

Doing so simply because you can,

Never because you have to.

As traumatic as this past experience may have been,

Know that it is just that,

A past experience.

Only by giving your power to it,

Does it hold any power over you.

Only through focusing your light of attention upon it in a negative aspect or context,

Do you grow it accordingly.

Everything that has taken place,

As has happened to you,

Has happened for you,

Each character playing their role perfectly so that you can learn and grow through your experiences here in this life as well as all lifetimes prior and all those to come,

As we are collectively assisting each other,

Knowing that those who actually bring you pain and suffering provide you the very resources,

The very situation,

The very information required to grow,

So that you can raise and elevate yourself vibrationally and energetically and ascend to the heavens,

To the realms above.

And that warm sun that is still caressing and kissing your skin,

And now as it connects from your crown to your heart,

To your solar plexus,

Your sacrum and your base,

As your central energy centers are full.

And as you listen to my voice,

Go ahead and release,

Release all of that sexual frustration,

Everything that has been building up behind that dam of limitation and separation,

Of defiance,

Of the belief that you need to control or limit your flow of self.

Push and feel as that energy exits,

Exits through your sexual organs,

Releasing back to the universe everything,

All of yourself,

The very essence of your being as you release it from you,

Releasing and allowing an ecstatic and euphoric moment of exhalation as it releases from you,

As you let go,

As that blockage,

That dam is removed and all of that energy flows and surges through you,

From you out into the universe around you.

Feel as that central energy pulsates and radiates from you.

Feel as that central energy flows and radiates from you.

And this feeling of freedom,

Of liberation,

Of acceptance,

This euphoric feeling of completion,

Embodiment of your true divine self without restriction,

Go ahead and lock it in place,

Secure it,

Fasten it down and integrate it on a cellular level across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities,

Integrating and embracing the truth of who you are within every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between lock in place the freedom of central and sexual energy that is yours to embody,

That is yours to enjoy,

That is yours to express.

No separation,

No limitation,

Only exhalation and liberation,

Unification of all parts of yourself and all beings,

Fully embodying the truth that you are here to be,

To play,

To laugh,

To sing,

To love.

And as the sun shines down upon you and every other being here upon this beautiful planet,

It does so equally and unconditionally.

Just as you are now able through full acceptance and personal liberation to shine this love,

This light through you,

To all those around you,

Your awareness back as you are sat,

Stood or lying on that beautiful warm beach,

That sun kissing and caressing your skin and the sand tickling as it rubs between your toes.

Go ahead and take a moment to just be and fully embody this truth,

This feeling of ecstasy.

You are loved,

You are saved,

You are loved,

You are free,

You are loved,

You are saved,

You are sentient,

You are embraced,

You are loved,

You are saved,

You are pure,

You are divine,

You are loved,

You are unlimited,

You are time,

You are all,

The one,

Forever shall be.
