Today we are going to go on a journey,

A journey inwards,

To activate all strands of your DNA,

To unlock access to all the information,

All the information that is found within you,

Embodying the truth in completion,

That you are the universe experiencing itself.

So I invite you to sit back,

Relax and enjoy this magical adventure,

One breath at a time.

Go ahead and sit,

Lie or even stand if you prefer,

However it is that you would like to enjoy this journey,

Know that it is perfect for you in this moment of now and let us just start by simply acknowledging and appreciating that beautiful breath.

Go ahead and breathe in mindfully,

Slowly and with purpose,

Breathing in through your nose for the count of four,

Holding at the top of the breath for the count of four,

Before exhaling and breathing out slowly through the mouth for the count of four and holding on the bottom of the breath on the exhale for four,

Before repeating that beautiful,

Beautiful flow.

And as you breathe in,

Go ahead and breathe in beautiful,

Golden,

Cleansing and purifying white light from the heavens above and watch as it fills your entire being,

Filling your lungs,

Pumping around your body,

That beautiful oxygen within your blood and go ahead and breathe out everything and anything which no longer serves you,

Continuing with this beautiful box breath,

This four,

Four,

Four,

Four.

And as you do,

I'd like you to bring to mind a masculine energy,

Knowing that masculine is square and that feminine is spherical.

And by allowing for all of your sharp edges to melt away,

You go from becoming separate,

Square,

With all these different sides and angles,

All these different perspectives and viewpoints,

To becoming round,

Eternal,

Whole.

And for this experience we are going to call in any and all ascended masters,

Light beings,

Extraterrestrials or angelic life forms from any time,

Place,

Dimension or space.

Go ahead and call in all of your guides,

All of your angels,

All of your soul tribe and your ancestors,

So they can watch with excitement and wonderment as you activate all strands of your DNA,

Setting not only yourself and also your entire previous ancestral lineage,

As well as all future generations to come.

And continuing to focus on that beautiful breath,

That beautiful gold and white light as it enters into you from the crown of your head,

Traveling down a pillar,

A pillar of white light.

Go ahead for a moment to just take note of how it is that you are standing or sitting or lying,

Being symmetrical.

And notice that over you,

From the heavens above to the earth below,

There is a pillar of protective white light that is being placed around you,

Keeping you safe and secure.

A pillar,

A tower,

A strand that connects you to you,

That connects the heavens above to the earth below,

With you being at the center of it.

In order to bring anything to realization,

All you need do is shine your light of attention upon it.

Go ahead and shine that beautiful light,

The light that is brighter than even a thousand suns,

The light that you are yourself.

Shine it internally,

Into the deepest and darkest depths of your awareness,

Of your consciousness and physical self.

Knowing that you are eternal,

That you are source energy embodied in physical structure,

The character that you are playing in this beautiful game that we call life,

Is yours to level up as you will.

I will be done on earth,

As it is in heaven.

And by placing your attention on a cellular level,

Focusing internally,

Go ahead now and actually bring to mind your strands,

Your DNA,

The blueprints from which you are created afresh,

Each and every day.

Knowing that unless you are consciously experiencing it,

Everything in existence is simply potential.

That when you go to sleep and travel to the astral realms beyond,

When you return to your physical body,

You do so creating it,

Creating it within the physical realm in order that you can experience life through it.

You do so from a blueprint,

A blueprint found in the Akashic Records,

A blueprint that we are going to change together now,

Setting your intentions.

Go ahead and bring to mind the most beautiful,

Blissful and harmonic space,

A place outside that you feel most connected to Mother Earth,

A place where you can walk barefoot,

Skip and sing and laugh in joy.

And as you are walking,

Feeling that beautiful ground caress the soles of your feet,

Grounding you to our beautiful Mother.

Go ahead and notice a short distance in front of you,

A beautiful and ancient tree.

And as you gravitate towards this tree,

Just allow as you let go,

Let go of all expectations and all desires and just be open to receive and experience this beautiful journey.

And as you come to a soft and gentle stop just outside what seems to be a door in the side of the tree,

Take a moment just to acknowledge this door,

This opening,

This entrance to a magical realm beyond.

This is your door.

This is your door you can enter and exit whenever you desire and that you have full and complete awareness and attachment not only to the physical structure but the energetic blueprint as well.

Whenever you desire bring to mind this door and just as we will do now,

Simply go ahead and allow it to open before you,

Stepping into the realm beyond,

The realm of unlimited potential,

Of universal knowledge and wisdom in which is found your Akashic records.

Go ahead and allow as you float into this beautiful room the other side and as the light begins to raise,

Notice row upon row of what appears to be filing cabinets and as you easily and effortlessly float over towards the cabinet that is marked DNA,

Watch as it opens before you and a file floats out landing in your hands and opening at the specific page.

Within this page you can write and add whatever it is that you would like to experience.

More vitality,

More excitement,

More energy,

More youthful,

More joyful,

More happiness,

Harmony,

Abundance,

Love,

Gratitude,

Positivity,

Whatever it is that you would like to experience.

Go ahead and pick up your crystalline golden pen that is on the table just beside you,

Placing the folder down and take some time just to go ahead and write whatever it is that you would like to include within your Akashic records.

And as you do,

I would like you to continue to listen to the music in the background as well as the chanting that will start momentarily knowing that this beautiful harmonic rhythm is activating your DNA at the deepest and darkest levels of your awareness.

And once again,

When we shine our light of awareness,

Of attention,

Of consciousness into the darkness,

It becomes the light.

Darkness is simply an area void of light.

Once we fill that area with the light,

The light that we are,

It becomes the light,

The light that we are.

Add any information about any specific events or situations that you would like to bring to creation,

Almost as though you are writing a Christmas present list to Santa Claus.

But this is a list that you are writing yourself,

The aspect of God that you are yourself.

Knowing that you answer your own prayers,

Knowing that by activating all strands of your DNA,

You will assist yourself as well as everybody else.

As you continue to listen to the sounds,

Embodying the rhythm and raising your vibrational frequency,

As that beautiful gold and white light rains down upon you,

Kissing and caressing your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your lower body,

Your hips and buttocks,

Genitals and upper legs,

All the way down over your knees,

Your shins and down to your feet.

As it enters in the crown of your head,

Filling and surging through you and exits from the soles of your feet into the earth below you,

Go ahead and absorb and fully and completely embody that beautiful gold and white light,

That pranic life force energy that you are yourself.

Just to take note of what it is you have written,

What it is that you desire the manifestation and creation of,

And all I ask that you do now is let go.

Let go of a desire for any particular outcome,

Let go of a desire to travel in any particular direction.

Surrender yourself in completion to the divine will,

Divinity that you are embodied and actualized,

And know that you will guide and lead yourself to where it is that you are meant to be,

At exactly the time that you are meant to arrive.

With that beautiful pillar of gold and protective white light surrounding you,

Keeping you safe and secure at all times,

With that connection to source,

To the heavens above,

To Christ consciousness,

Entering in through the crown of your head,

Traveling down through you into the earth below you,

Take a moment to just realize,

Embody and give truth to the fact that you are the universe in completion.

Go ahead now and activate all strands of your DNA to the utmost of your capability,

Knowing that doing so is evolving and expanding not only your potential and awareness,

Your experiential joy,

But also that of humanity as a whole and the universe in completion.

Go ahead now and allow as a beautiful gold and white light,

A blanket from the heavens above comes floating down,

Drifting down,

Settling all the way down as it touches the crown of your head,

Settling over your shoulders,

All the way down over your entire body.

This gold and white light is just like a cloak or a layer of protection if you like and this will allow you to know that you are always divinely guided and protected and it will also allow for your ego to know that it is no longer required to be quite so hostile or defensive.

You are protected,

You are safe,

Everything else is a gift to be experienced,

To be enjoyed or simply to be let go of,

To allow it to return to the universal winds of time and space,

To be broken down and redistributed into something new,

To be experienced by somebody else.

And as you see that beautiful vortex spinning freely,

Purely,

Crisply,

Divinely,

Lock into place the truth of who you are and the unlimited capability and potential that lies within you.

From this moment on,

Should you ever require the answer to a question,

Simply close your eyes,

Venture within to discover the truth that resides within you.

Entering into your Akashic records means you have access to all information across all time and space.

Go ahead when you're ready and only when you're ready to allow for all strands of your DNA to be fully and completely activated.

Back to the present moment,

Back into your physical body,

Doing so only as slowly or as quickly as required to ensure that you fully and completely integrate this truth,

Locking in this truth into every fiber of your being,

Every molecule and even the space between,
