Loved this seven nights course, took it during my holidays but will definitely repeat as the sleep had was such good quality. My sleep is affected due to menopause so is an ongoing issue for me.

I really enjoyed this because I actually slept !! At first I was thinking ' this isn't going to work '. Obviously a self manufactured thought because on the 3rd night I listened as usual and didn't fall asleep right away but within a half hour and slept straight through the night and woke up at 10 am. That's when I realized although I wasn't falling asleep immediately for the first time for as long as I can remember I was getting quality sleep. I've been full of energy in the morning when I typically would be complaining about not sleeping. Kaine's voice is soothing and calming. I really enjoy his Live Sessions on IT so when he announced this course I immediately signed up for IT Plus and am so grateful that I did. This course will definitely be repeated. Pure magic. 🙏🏻❤️✨🌅
