Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to another moment of now.

Now being the only time that exists and today being the only day and I'd like to take this opportunity just to thank you.

To thank you for being here upon this earthly realm.

To thank you for everything that you do and for simply being you.

Today we are going to go on a journey,

An inner journey,

To connect to the truth of who you are.

To connect to the ability that resides within you and that can be expressed and shared to be shone with your light of attention through you.

So welcome to this angelic guidance and protection guided meditation to bring you freedom from all forms of limitation,

Separation and any form of illusion such as fear.

It is time to rise,

To ascend and to play joyfully and freely in the realms above.

So go ahead and create a space in time and within the physical for you to simply be,

To sit,

To listen and to experience as we go upon this magical adventure together.

So let us start by simply focusing upon the breath,

That beautiful pranic life-force energy as it enters into you,

Filling you and as it exits you,

Leaving you once again.

Let us be playful with the breath,

Watching it with wonderment and a childlike excitement for the simple fact that you are able to breathe,

Knowing that the breath begins and ends this magical adventure that we call life.

And I ask you to join me in what is referred to as a box breath,

Breathing in in a moment,

Not just yet,

But in a moment we will breathe in together,

Breathing in for the count of four,

Holding the breath within the body for the count of four,

Before releasing,

Exhaling that breath,

Breathing out for the count of four and holding on the exhale on the moment before the inhale returns,

Again,

You guessed it,

For the count of four.

So go ahead and focus your light of attention upon your abdomen,

Your belly,

Your base chakra and the area around,

Knowing that your base brings you stability,

Foundation and a feeling of grounding and connection to this earthly realm and above it your sacral chakra,

Your creative and pleasure center,

The area of yourself that likes to enjoy,

Enjoy life for what it is,

An experience to be enjoyed.

So go ahead now and breathe in through your nose for the count of four,

Hold the breath and watch as it surges all around your body before releasing and exhaling anything and everything that no longer serves you,

Again for the count of four,

Holding on the bottom of the breath on the exhale for four,

Before repeating this beautiful cycle,

This flow in,

Breathing in that beautiful pranic life-force energy,

That light and love from the universe around you,

That love and light that you are yourself,

Being that you are the universe embodied and experiencing itself and breathing out,

Releasing and surrendering back to the universe around you,

Everything and anything which no longer serves you,

Releasing the old and making space for the new,

As you simply let go,

Let go,

Let go and return to that natural and effortless state of flow and as you continue to be mindful of the breath as it enters and exits you,

Filling you and surging,

Flowing all around you,

Filling your entire being with that universal pranic life-force energy,

I ask that you focus your light of attention,

Your awareness on the area between your eyebrows,

The area that is referred to as your third eye,

As your pineal gland and as you focus your light of attention inwards,

Start to notice as that light begins to build within you,

Just like turning on a light upon a dimmer switch and turning it up with each breath,

Filling and further illuminating that area between your brow and go ahead and just allow,

Just allow as that light shines brighter and brighter with a feeling of clarity,

A sense of calm and a connection to a stream of information that feels so familiar,

A stream of information that is always there and that you have access to any time that you should require it,

All you need do is close your eyes,

Focus your light of attention inwards and up towards the mind's eye and any and all questions that previously eluded you will be answered with a clarity and crispness of vision for you,

So let us now embark upon this journey to connect to your guides,

Your spirit guides,

Your angels,

The ascended masters and your ancestors,

All of which are elements and aspects of the same eternal self,

All connected forever and always within that same flow,

That same stream of information and we will be calling in divine guidance and protection to ensure that everywhere that you go and everything that you do is divine in all ways and that you are safe to simply play just like you did as a child when you joyfully and freely skipped down the road knowing that all was perfect,

A feeling of freedom,

Liberation and connection to all those around you,

So go ahead and clear your mind bringing up within your mind's eye an image of a screen,

A clear screen and upon that screen allow for the lights to begin to raise,

For the room to come into vision and for a doorway that is just in front of you to become clear,

Crispness and clarity of vision and go ahead and simply begin to float over towards the door knowing that you are always guided and protected and grounded to this earthly realm and that everything that you experience going forwards is for your highest and greatest good as well as the highest and greatest good of the collective and as you begin to approach the door,

Slowing down to stop just in front of it,

Take a moment just to notice the qualities and characteristics of it,

What material is it made from,

What shape and colour is this door,

How does it open,

Does it require a key,

Does it have a handle or does it open simply when it becomes aware of your presence,

However this door opens know that it is your door and that only you can open it and that however it opens you have access and all that is required in order to open it,

Going ahead stepping forwards now and allowing for that door to effortlessly swing open and as a surge,

A pull,

A feeling of connection enters you,

Drawing you into the room beyond,

Into the realm beyond,

Into the angelic realm that is found not outside you but within,

Go ahead and float through this door now and allow for the door to close behind you,

Securely and safely connecting you to the angelic realm beyond and take a moment just to absorb this beautiful frequency,

To gaze in awe at all the wonderment around you,

To watch as light beings flitter and float and dance before your very eyes with that frequency of love emitted from every fibre of your surroundings as well as your entire being,

Whatever the reason for your visit,

Whoever or whatever it is that you require connection to,

Go ahead and just allow for your internal guidance for your heart's compass to guide you as you float effortlessly towards your most relevant and beautifully protective and enriching connection.

It may be a few words,

A sound,

An image or maybe even a colour that is gifted to you and whatever it is that you are shown,

Know it to be true and for you.

Do not try to mindfully understand,

Analyse or judge,

Simply enjoy and bask in the radiance of this heavenly realm.

I ask that you join me in repeating the words within your mind,

Setting your intention and creating your own reality.

Heaven upon Earth is ours to create and what a beautiful creation it is.

As you listen to the words,

Embody them and allow the vibration to fill you and to permeate from you to all that surrounds you,

Reflected back to you,

Absorbed and integrated into every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between.

Across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities,

Know this to be true.

So say I and so it is.

I call in all guides,

Light beings,

Ascended masters,

Ancestors and my highest and truest self to provide me with unconditional love and a light of guidance and protection in all I do.

I am fully acceptant of everything that is to be experienced for my highest and greatest good,

Knowing that I have chosen to come to this earthly realm,

To have an earthly experience and to learn that which I am here to learn.

I activate through my divine will all strands of my DNA.

I demand through my highest and greatest good,

My truest and most divine intention and the will,

The mighty will that shall be done on earth as it is in heaven.

I demand that all strands of my DNA be activated to their highest and truest potential,

For the benefit of myself as well as the entire collective of humanity and the universe as a whole.

I am divinely,

Angelically and supremely guided and protected in all I do.

I am the way,

The light and the answer.

And I am here to shine my light of attention upon the love,

The connection and liberation of the self as well as everything else.

All that I experience is for my highest and greatest good and I accept myself as well as everybody else into my heart with compassion and a desire for the evolution and upliftment of the cosmic consciousness of self,

The eternal self that I am,

That we are.

Hear my words and make it so as I allow for all that has been experienced to be released,

To let go,

To surrender and return to that natural,

Joyful and effortless state of flow and everything that is before me upon my journey in all realms of existence and beyond.

I know within my heart it is perfect and always will remain so.

I am here to awaken my highest and truest potential,

To share my divinely received and channeled wisdom with all those able to see,

To hear,

To receive,

With the reward for all I do being the experience itself.

I am the light keeper,

The way setter.

I am the evolution of humanity of humanity as well as the entire universe itself and all of that information,

All of that knowledge and intention go ahead and allow as a bubble of gold and white light begins to build around you as it actually begins to shrink,

Creating a layer,

The thinnest of layers all around you,

Locking in across every realm of existence the truth that you know,

The truth to who you are.

They will be done on earth as it is in heaven,

So say I and so it is.

And as you allow for that gold and white light to rain down upon you,

Kissing and caressing every part of you and entering in,

Permeating through and penetrating into every fiber,

Every part,

Every molecule and even the space between that is you,

Watch as you begin to grow in potential,

Connection and experiential wisdom as you become larger than life,

Larger than the earth,

The galaxy,

The universe and beyond and completion.

Completion,

You are it all as well as nothing at all and any and all fragments or fibers of that old frequency that used to elude you,

The frequency that is so far in the distance now from you,

Fear,

That old word that now feels so alien to you,

Fear of failure,

Of victimization,

Of repression,

Of sickness,

Of any form of ailment,

Fear of loss,

Fear of death,

These are all now fleeting thoughts and memories,

They hold no attachment or solidity and watch as you hold in your hand all that previously eluded you to this connection that is now so prominently strong within you and blow it,

Blow it away to the winds where it will be absorbed back into the universe around you,

Broken down,

Redistributed into something new,

Release it,

Surrender it back to the universe,

Blow it away from you.

If there is any more information,

Knowledge or wisdom that you require,

Go ahead and receive this now,

Locking it into every fiber of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

Doing so within every lifetime timeline across every dimension and realm of reality and so it is,

So clear to see and just allow as you begin now to float back towards your door,

The door that connects you to the heavenly realms as well as the earth below,

As within,

So without,

As above,

So below and watch as the door begins to swing effortlessly open in front of you and as you joyfully glide through with a new found sense of liberation,

Connection,

Excitement and a feeling of stability and assurity in all you do and just go ahead and watch as you float through that door and as it closes behind you,

Knowing that you have access to it whenever and wherever you require it,

That the will of your intention is all you need for this connection,

That you are the creator that you are the creator of your story and what a beautiful story that lays ahead and as you begin to float back,

Drifting,

Ascending,

Ascending downwards,

Back down into your earthly avatar self,

Grounded and connected to everything else and the ascension that is within you is the connection from below as above,

As above,

So below and as your feet rest firmly upon the ground below you,

Just watch and allow as very deep,

Securing and supportive roots grow out of the soles of your feet into the earth below you,

Below you,

Grounding you and securing you to this earthly realm,

Knowing that you are here to have a human experience and that with the connection to the angelic realms above,

With the divine guidance and protection that is yours by right,

What a beautiful,

Beautiful adventure that lays ahead,

That is yours to experience through the creation of it,

That heaven upon earth is ours to create and experience together through the simple visualization,

Connection and manifestation of it,

Beautiful,

Truly,

Truly,

Beauty beyond that which is even comprehensible.
