Christ Consciousness Activation Guided Meditation

Christ Consciousness exists within us all. All we need to do is activate it within ourselves, in mind, body, and soul.

This is a very in-depth guided meditation. Allow me to take you on a journey to fully activate the Christ consciousness energies within you.

Greetings.

Infinite blessings and welcome to this Christ consciousness healing meditation.

Jesus Christ,

The Son of God,

Exists within us all.

You,

My brother,

My sister,

You are a being of divinity,

Created in the image of God,

The daughter or the Son of God.

In truth,

God thyself.

Christ was able to perform all manner of miracles simply by connecting to the truth of who he is,

Of who you are.

Source embodied.

Everything that you experience is created by you,

For you.

Any form of physical blockage,

Limitation,

Anything that appears to be negative or less than beneficial.

Any illness,

Ailment or form of dis-ease is a physical representation of an energetic ailment,

An energetic misalignment or imbalance.

By bringing back harmony to the self energetically first of all,

It is then reflected into the physical,

Bringing you peace,

Harmony and relaxation.

Please only take this journey if you are ready to transcend all that limits you,

All that blocks you,

Any and all parts that seek to defy you.

If you wish to hold on to the pain of the past,

Then simply stop this meditation now and carry on with your day.

If you are ready to transcend all that limits you,

To move past the illusion of separation and fear,

Then I welcome you back home.

Back home to yourself.

Back home to love.

Back home to God.

And I invite you to sit comfortably in whatever position that feels most relevant and just for a moment begin to focus upon that beautiful breath,

Watching as you inhale,

Receiving the breath through the acceptance of it.

And as you exhale,

Surrendering and releasing that breath once again,

Knowing that unless you surrender that which is,

There will be no space to experience that which is yet to come.

By surrendering himself,

In completion,

Jesus Christ rose again.

This is to represent the truth,

That you are not in ownership of your body.

You are just using it for the period of time that you are here upon this earthly plane.

Anytime there is any form of energetic imbalance,

Blockage,

Anytime there is anything which eludes you or misguides you,

This will be shown physically as some form of ache or pain,

Discomfort or dis-ease.

A dis-ease is simply a state of being that is not in harmony,

That is not at ease.

Returning back to that beautiful life force energy,

Back to the breath,

Bringing a sense of calm and clarity,

Upliftment and positivity.

I'm going to call in the physical and energetic embodiment of Jesus Christ,

To embody his frequency,

Myself,

And to flow through all the information that he has for you.

I ask simply that you sit comfortably,

Relaxed and ready and open to experience and receive all that beautiful,

Cleansing,

Purifying and healing energy.

And with the next breath in,

Go ahead and watch as a beautiful pillar of white light enters you from the heavens above,

Shining down upon you and filling you from your crown all the way down.

And that beautiful breath as you inhale,

Filling your lungs down to your abdomen,

Your belly,

Breathing out everything and anything which no longer serves you.

And in a moment I would like for you to join me in a short breathing technique that will allow you to fill up your physical self very quickly with new,

Clean,

Pure and fresh energy.

Go ahead now and breathe in,

Short and sharp,

Through the mouth,

Breathing in and out,

In and out,

In and out,

In and out.

Continue to breathe rhythmically,

Harmonically,

And naturally.

Taking a moment just to notice that such a short period of time with such a simple technique as that breath has warmed you and filled you with energy so simplistically,

So easily.

Jesus Christ's ability to heal does not come through years of study,

Through years of knowing and practicing.

It comes through the simple acceptance and surrenderance to that which he is,

That which you are.

Source embodied,

The universe in completion.

God,

The Father,

The Mother,

Are one,

Thyself.

The Cosmic Consciousness of I.

Go ahead now and enter into a very deep,

Relaxed state of being.

As you continue to listen to my voice and the sound of the music,

Simply go ahead and let go.

Let go of any and all expectations and connections.

Let go of your desire to achieve or experience anything other than that which is.

I ask that you no longer view your sickness or ailment as something negative,

As something that is trying to limit,

Invade or conquer you.

Simply view it as another part of you,

A part of you that feels unheard,

Misunderstood,

As though its opinion does not matter.

Instead view it as part of you,

As an intrinsic and crucial part of you.

The part of you that loves you enough to show you,

In a physical representation,

Something which is energetically imbalanced,

Misaligned or out of flow.

By bringing back harmony and balance to the internal,

To the energetic self,

It will bring harmony and balance back to the external,

To the physical self.

I ask that you love every single part of you,

The good,

The bad and the ugly.

Only through full acceptance and a love for every part of you will come a full acceptance and love for everybody outside of you.

Jesus Christ accepted himself in completion and in doing so was able to accept everybody else,

Even those that tried to harm him,

To undermine him,

To persecute and even execute him.

Jesus embraced the experience of his own death,

Knowing that it was divine,

That he was divine,

That he is divine and that that same divinity rests and resides,

Lives within you.

And as you continue to listen to my voice,

Watch as that beautiful breath fills your lungs down to your belly,

The short inhale added to form completion,

Inhaling into the heart centre before surrendering and releasing.

I call in all angels,

All higher beings,

Any and all light beings,

Ascended masters,

Guides and ancestors,

Your higher self and all versions of yourself,

Including your human self,

Your egoic self,

The subconscious mind.

I call you all in,

Now,

In this moment of time,

To ask a simple question.

Are you ready to let go of what you believe you know,

To let go of an old viewpoint and perspective,

To allow,

To let,

To be,

To know that you are all that is,

Was or ever shall be?

That this body is simply a vessel to experience this beautiful adventure that we call life.

And by looking after it to the best of your capability,

It extends your ability to experience this beautiful adventure that we call life through this Avatar Self.

Go ahead and bring to mind a room,

A room that is as big as the entire universe itself.

And in this room there is everything in existence.

Clear the screen.

Remain in this room so that you are able to experience nothing.

Everything and nothing in this single moment of now.

And in this room that is dark,

That is void,

That is cold,

That is lifeless and meaningless,

Picture and view yourself sat at the centre,

With the love from yourself,

The love from your heart,

The love that you are shining out from you,

Through you,

To all those around you.

Go ahead and notice that as you are sat in this dark room,

Void of anything else or anybody else,

There is still light to be found.

The light comes from inside you,

As it is you,

As you breathe it in with every breath from the heavens above,

Flowing through you to the earth below.

Go ahead now and breathe in that beautiful Christ Consciousness healing energy and watch as it enters into the crown of your head,

Filling you,

Cascading down you,

Entering in from the crown of your head and filling you,

As it trickles down,

Washing down,

Surging down over you,

Cleaning and cleansing,

Purifying and activating your crown chakra.

As you continue to breathe in,

Watching as that energy fills you,

Watch as it silters,

Settles,

Filtrates,

Penetrates,

Enters and even exits you,

As that energy fills you,

As purifying,

Revitalizing life force energy,

That cleaning,

Cleansing and purifying frequency of love,

Christ Consciousness.

Love embodied in completion,

In perfection,

The love that you are,

The love that is filling you with every breath,

Surging through you,

Pushing away anything and everything that no longer serves you.

As with each breath you breathe out,

Pushing that life force energy down,

Deeper down still,

All the way down to the soles of your feet and out into the crystalline core of this beautiful,

Beautiful planet that we call home.

Knowing that as you release everything and anything which no longer serves you,

You are releasing blocked energy,

You are giving it back to the universe,

Where the universe can re-cleanse and redistribute that energy where it is required.

By holding on to any form of blockage,

By holding on to anything from the past,

You are limiting the ability to experience joy,

Happiness and abundance not only for yourself,

But for everybody else.

It is simply energy,

Energy to be released.

Take a knee,

Tidy,

Mindful,

An almost forceful breath in through your nose,

Breathing out and pushing down to the soles of your feet.

And as you continue to breathe in,

Watch as your physical body reflects the energetic embodiment of that beautiful Christ consciousness,

Of that unconditional love that you are.

Feeling your crown continuing down to your third eye,

Into your physical representation of your mind.

Feeling your entire head all the way down to below your chin,

Just before your neck.

And take a moment just to realize and recognize,

To acknowledge how light,

How euphoric,

How abundant that it feels to be in this frequency of being,

This frequency that you are,

That you have access to at all times.

And between each breath,

Go ahead and turn on a supersonic filtration system that blasts you again from the heavens above to the earth below.

Like a pulse,

A reject of sound that pushes through anything that is not at the same frequency as it.

That the body that you are contains energy that you are.

And the energy of 5 to 8 hertz is the frequency of love,

Is the frequency of yourself,

The frequency of the universe itself,

Thyself,

Yourself,

Ourself.

Breathing and continuing down as you flow that energy down the stream,

Down the river that you are.

Pushing any and all debris free,

Any blockages,

Any limitations,

Any ailments,

Any single form of dis-ease within the body.

Which is a wall of light comes down from the heavens above,

Pushing down,

Touching your crown,

Pushing all the way through you as you continue to breathe in and flow that beautiful pranic life force energy through you.

As it enters now into your throat and as this wall of light continues just behind it.

As you cleanse,

Purify and energize your chakras,

Watch as the wall of love and light follows it.

Transcending everything and anything that you are back to who you are.

Any area that has become disconnected,

Separated or vibrationally unaligned.

Just allow with acceptance as you come back into balance.

The love that you are is the same love of Christ thyself,

The same love that I am that you are that we are.

And as you continue down,

Deeper down still to your heart chakra,

Watch as that pillar of beautiful white light fills you,

Surging all around you.

And as a wall of light enters you,

From behind passing through you to in front of you,

And from your left side to your right and your right to your left and then back,

From the front of you to behind you,

As that wall of light pushes every and anything which is not in harmony with your truest,

Greatest and most joyful self.

And as you continue upon your journey down,

Deeper down still,

Down to your solar plexus,

Watch as within the pool,

The energetic pool that is found within your belly,

Within your solar plexus area,

Watch as it becomes full.

As with each and every breath you breathe directly into you,

That beautiful Christ consciousness,

That healing energy from above you as well as from below you,

From within you as well as without,

Outside you.

Watch as it pulsates and surges around you,

As it fills you,

As it cascades over you,

Purifying,

Energising and cleansing you,

With that wall of golden white light continuing down you,

Through you.

Go ahead and actually view as this energy passes not only down the front but also the back of you,

Knowing that your chakras are found along your spine more so than along your front.

And as the breath enters,

It enters in and flows down the back of you,

Into your belly and then back out of the front of you.

Very good.

Continue this to allow.

That remaining form of blockage.

Go ahead with full and complete surrender and acceptance,

Move your focus down to your sacral and allow as that wall,

That beautiful love and light,

That beautiful Christ consciousness healing energy as it filtrates through you,

As a wall of light that is entered from your crown down to your third eye,

Down to your throat,

Pushing away any and all forms of restriction and limitation down to your heart,

Reconnecting you to the truth of who you are,

The love,

The infinite love of the entire universe,

The entire universe that is you,

That is found within you as well as outside of you.

And watch as that wall continues down,

Pushing that love through you,

Pushing down everything and anything which no longer serves you,

Past your solar plexus,

Freeing and liberating yourself from yourself.

Go ahead now and continue to breathe down as your sacral chakra spins freely and clearly,

As that paw spins energetically and freely and as the current,

The energy,

As the breath continues to flow through you deeper down into the base of you,

To the foundation of your entire being,

The foundation of your physical representation of your energetic self.

Built with strong foundations,

With the ability of movement,

Of compromise,

Of acceptance and even surrenderance,

You can experience everything and anything that your heart desires.

It is time to let go,

It is time to release and return to that beautiful and natural state of flow,

It is time to re-embody the love that you are,

The love of the entire universe,

The love of God,

Of Christ,

Of you.

You are love,

Here to experience love,

To shine your light and your love out from you to the world around you and have it reflected back to you,

Experiencing that love everywhere you go,

Knowing that even in the darkest of nights there will always be a light,

A light to guide you home,

A light to see you true,

The light that is found in the centre of you.

Love,

Love for yourself and love for everybody else,

Love for that which defies you,

Limits you and restricts you,

Love for it all or nothing at all,

Everything and anything or nothing.

This is your choice,

You create it all or nothing at all,

Accepting ownership over it all means that you then are able to change the direction of your focus,

Of your energy and that which you experience through the creation of it.

Taking a deep and mindful breath in,

Pushing it all the way down to your base,

To your foundation,

To your power centre,

That which keeps you grounded and secure to this earthly plane,

That which connects you to your physical representation of your energetic self,

Knowing that whenever there is a blockage in the river it restricts the flow of water along the entire body of that river,

Detrimentally affecting the life in the entire body,

In the entire river.

By letting go of whatever it is that ails you,

You return to that beautiful and natural state of flow.

Go ahead and watch your Bey Chakra is now at the point of bursting,

Of overflowing and as it gets to the point where it erupts,

Flowing further down you,

All the way down your legs to the soles of your feet and out through the roots that connect you to the earth below.

As you are connected from that beautiful pillar of white light from the heavens above as it enters into your crown chakra,

Shining all the way through you,

Down to the earth below you,

Connecting you from the heavens above to the earth below,

As within so without.

Watch as that beautiful wall of light gravitationally connects to the earth below you,

Pushing everything and anything that may be remaining down through you.

And as this pillar that connects you to the heavens above and fills you,

And as this wall of light that surges and pushes through you,

Watch as from your head to your shoulders,

All the way down to your toes,

You begin to sparkle and glow.

As the crown of your head tingles and pulsates,

As with each breath in you breathe in that beautiful pranic life force energy,

Breathing it into your hands,

Collecting that beautiful breath,

That healing energy,

That light,

That love,

That Christ consciousness,

Building it up within your hands,

And watching as your entire body,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your buttocks,

As they all glow,

As you let go and return to that natural and beautiful state of flow.

Down the tops of your legs,

Past your knees,

Your shins,

And your feet,

All the way down to the earth below.

As you grow deep and purifying roots out of the soles of your feet down to the crystalline core of the earth,

Connecting you to the centre of our beautiful mother.

As you are connected to the centre of the heavens above and the centre of the earth below,

At the centre of yourself you will find the answer that you have been seeking.

The answer to all of your questions.

Continuing to build up that energy within your hands,

Continuing to focus on the centre of yourself,

The centre of your chest,

The place where the physical representation of love is found,

Your heart centre,

The centre of you,

Being love and the centre of all things.

Being love,

The foundation for it all to be created from.

Reaching to the very tip of your head and all the way to the heavens above.

Being love.

I ask that you now step outside of your physical self,

Float a little way above and look back down to yourself sat taking this journey.

As you are now in full connection and realisation of your higher self,

Looking back down to your earthly self.

Go ahead and look down at yourself.

With love,

Appreciation and admiration for everything that you have experienced thus far.

You.

Yes,

You.

You are a miracle embodied.

You exist in perfection.

And I admire and desire connection to the love that you are,

To the love that I am,

To the centre of you,

To the centre of me,

To the centre of it all.

I am a physical representation and embodiment of Jesus Christ.

And I'm here to tell you that I love you,

That I see you,

That I understand,

Appreciate and respect you.

That I stand beside you,

Leading and guiding you,

As you lead and guide me and all those around you that are able to see.

It is time to let go of everything and anything which remains,

Which limits you,

Hinders you,

Any form of lack or limitation,

Internal or external defiance.

Let go and return to that natural state of flow.

Love.

Love for yourself.

Love for everyone else.

And from this higher perspective,

I would like you to look to your side,

To your left and to your right,

And to see the physical representation of Christ consciousness embodied,

External to you,

Stood beside you.

And as you take his hand in he,

Yours.

As you connect to the wisdom of all things,

With the ability to flow it through you to all those around you,

And to experience in it,

To live in it,

To embody it and adopt it in all that you do.

Go ahead and embrace one another,

Connecting back to the truth of who you are at the centre,

Connecting to our Divine Brother.

And as you embrace him and he embraces you,

As you hug and connect,

Watch as the two centres of yourselves,

As your heart centre and the centre of that which is love,

Connects to you and melts into you.

What previously appeared to be two separate entities,

Two separate life forms,

Two separate energies,

Watch as they connect in completion to one another and as they merge together to complete each other.

This euphoric feeling of bliss,

Of weightlessness,

A feeling of being invincible and unlimited in your potential,

This feeling is the truth of who you are.

And I ask now that you simply go ahead and surrender,

Surrender to this feeling,

Surrender to this truth,

Surrender to who you are and the reason that you are here.

Stop trying to be or to do,

Stop trying to achieve or to show and just live in that natural beautiful state of flow,

Guided by love,

The embodiment of love,

Doing everything that you do simply because you can,

For a place of love.

And holding this frequency at the centre of you,

Knowing that Christ Consciousness exists within you and as that physical representation of the two is now unified and complete in the one,

Go ahead and look back down to the Earth from whence you have come and to where you shall now return.

Knowing that this is your choice,

That it is all a choice,

That to experience any form of limitation or blockage is simply your higher way,

Your higher self's way of showing you something that is energetically imbalanced or not aligned.

All you need do is follow that guidance,

Surrender your earthly self to your higher self and return to that state of love.

So go ahead now and as you look down,

Begin to allow yourself to be guided,

To be drawn,

To be attracted back down to you,

The you that is physical,

The physical representation of the energetic you.

Know that once you return to your body,

All ailments that were previously present will be dissolved,

That you are born anew,

With full connection to the Christ Consciousness that exists within you.

Go ahead now and just allow as you float,

As you drift,

As you glide all the way back down,

And enter back into you,

Back into the physical you.

And as you do,

Feel a surge of energy pulsate through you,

A feeling of vitality,

Optimism,

And harmony,

Feeling content,

Blissed out and abundant in all ways,

Abundant in health,

In wealth,

In love,

And in understanding and the acceptance of all things.

We don't always know the reason for the direction the wind blows.

The universe exists in harmony or in balance with itself.

The good,

The bad,

And the indifferent are part of the same,

Are part of the universe in completion.

You have experienced more than enough limitation and separation to last a lifetime.

From this moment forth you will be fully and completely connected to the Truth that you are,

To the Truth that resides within you,

Outside of you,

To the Truth that you are love,

Christ Consciousness embodied,

And that you have access to that information,

To that data stream at all times,

That you are the light that guides the way not only for yourself but also for everyone else.

That you are the light.

That you are the love.

That you are the light.

That you are the love.

That you are the light.

That you are the love.

Unconditional love.

Go ahead and fully and completely lock back into yourself,

Securing and fastening your energetic self within your physical self,

Creating the thinnest of shells,

Of physical avatar skin around your energetic self,

So that your connection to the divinity is always present,

And you have a physical and external representation of that energetic self within.

You will begin to reverse in your ageing process,

Feeling and looking younger with each day.

Those which once defied you or limited you,

You will now skip past joyfully.

The only form of limitation that we ever experience is the one created by the Self.

You have done more than enough,

And I am here to tell you that it is time,

Time to be free,

Time to enjoy every moment as you,

As I,

As we.

As we continue to expand the consciousness of humanity and the entire universe itself.

Every decision that you take will be one that is positive and beneficial.

From this moment forth,

Everything is your decision,

Is your choice,

Is your creation,

And it is all grounded and built from love.

Take a moment just to actually check back in with your physical self,

To notice that all the aches and pains have subsided,

And anywhere where there may be any form of residue,

Just allow with each breath,

As you continue through your day,

To breathe it away.

Coming back into full connection with your physical self,

Thank every part of you for being you,

For being with you and part of your journey as you are part of it.

Go ahead now and create a pillar of protective white light around you that will allow you to stay connected to the heavens above and the earth below,

And expand that pillar out,

As wide as the room that you are in,

As wide as the building,

The end town,

City,

State,

Continent,

Country,

As large as the entire earth itself.

With this pillar of protective white light that shines around you,

Covering you and the entire planet,

It means that everywhere you go you are in the light,

And there is nothing but the light that can exist within that light,

That you shine that light wherever you go,

And you experience and receive that light wherever you go.

Connected to the earth below and the heavens above,

Once again I thank you for taking this journey,

For being the change that you desire to see,

And for being ready and prepared to do the work that is necessary to liberate not only yourself,

But everybody else,

To guide humanity back home to itself,

Back home to love.

Take a moment to fully connect to every part of your physical self,

Wiggling your toes,

Moving around,

Twisting and turning,

Flowing,

Moving your hands,

And focusing for a moment upon that area between your brow.

Your third eye that will connect you to this infinite stream of wisdom so that you can see the truth in all ways.

Speak and feel the truth,

Grounded and secure in all ways.

An unwavering knowledge of who you are and the potential that resides within,

Knowing that you are perfect just as you are.
