So welcome to this evening's quantum healing guided meditation,

I will be led upon this beautiful journey to firstly release and clear and cleanse any and all debris,

Energy,

Mindset beliefs of old that are no longer serving.

And then reclaiming,

Drawing back and fully embodying your own energetic blueprint,

The energy that was yours to begin.

Experiencing an energetic rebirth before travelling beyond time and space itself to connect and fully embody the truth that you are part of it all and that it happens for you.

Everything we experience in this beautiful ride we call life.

So go ahead and as you move your attention towards your breath,

I invite you to begin to blink your eyes a few times,

Just allowing as they begin to feel heavier with time.

Blinking your eyes,

Just allowing them to close as you focus your awareness,

Your attention inside,

Up towards your minds eye.

Now I'd like you to go ahead using your minds eye,

Your imagination if you like.

Bring up the image of a TV screen upon which the entirety of this journey can be seen,

Felt,

Heard and even tasted and smelt.

With a knowing within every fibre of your being.

So however you are currently sitting,

Know that this is right for you.

Taking a moment to bring to awareness your physical body and then focusing with all of your attention towards your right leg.

As you go ahead and using your imagination,

Draw a clear line around your leg so that you can notice the separation between your leg and the universe around you.

Really tune in to this feeling of divide,

Of separation,

With that thick line drawn around the entirety of your leg.

And then,

Just like rubbing out a line drawn with a pencil,

Go ahead and see if you can blur this line.

And as you do,

Notice how it feels,

That your leg is no longer separate to the universe around you.

It is part of you,

As you are part of it.

And then go ahead and do the same for your left leg,

Drawing around it,

Separating it,

Noticing where your leg is.

And where the universe around it is.

And then go ahead and blur this line,

Feeling that reconnection to the divine.

Almost as though your legs have melted away,

Reconnected.

And then bring your mind's eye and your attention up towards your torso,

Your body.

Drawing around your belly,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Drawing the outline around your torso,

Noticing and feeling that separation from the universe around you.

And before once again blurring that line,

Connecting you back to your truth.

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your waist.

No longer separate,

Fully connected to all things across all time and space.

And then bring to mind your head.

A head that seems to be floating in space.

And as you draw that line around,

That feeling of separation.

And then blurring the lines.

As you feel a smile form on your face.

And then the entirety of your physical body melts away.

Taking a deep and mindful breath in,

Feeling yourself raise and elevate in your conscious awareness,

Connected to all things across all time and space.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing,

Surrendering,

Feeling as though you are drifting,

Soaring,

Ascending.

As you look all the way up to the heavens above,

Towards that beautiful,

Magical and majestical sun.

A feeling within your conscious awareness of being,

Of a gravitational connection,

That you honour in perfection.

And as you travel effortlessly and progressively towards the sun,

Stopping just before it and looking with love and appreciation upon it.

With this deep yearning and feeling within you,

Of a connection to this beautiful astral body.

And as you do,

As you hover in front of this sun,

Make the decision,

The pledge,

To honour your intuition.

And to journey into the unknown,

By entering into and connecting to the beautiful,

Magical and majestical ball of gold and white light that shines before you,

The sun.

And as you enter into this beautiful being,

You feel your energy connect and become one.

You feel the radiance of that beautiful,

Majestical sun.

As it shines upon you and through you,

For you and to you.

And as you tune in consciously,

To this sentient being.

Notice how the entirety of the sun has harmonised and become one with you.

Your unique energetic frequency.

Now encapsulated and shining out from that beautiful sun.

And as you allow your awareness,

Your consciousness to take a bird's eye perspective.

As you float outside of yourself,

Of the sun,

And look back with love and appreciation.

You notice that there are areas of imperfection,

Dark spots if you like,

Upon the surface of the sun.

And instantly,

It becomes clear to see,

To feel,

To hear,

To know.

Any and all energy that is not yours in frequency.

It is plain to see.

And with your intention to release,

To send back,

To whence it came.

All of the energy that is not yours.

That is being put upon you or taken by you throughout the entirety of your life's journey.

Go ahead,

And with your intention,

As I count down from 5,

To 4,

To 3,

2,

And 1.

2,

And 1.

Releasing all of that energy that was not yours to begin with,

And returning it back to the universe around you.

And noticing,

Feeling,

Hearing.

The energy that is you,

And only you,

Contained within that sun.

And now I would like for you to look and to tune in to the vastness of the universe around you.

And as you raise your vibrational frequency,

And your magnetic connection and attraction.

With your will of intention,

Command in this moment.

I call back all energies that are mine,

That were taken or given away across all space and time.

I call back all that is me.

To be reborn anew.

Pure.

Sovereign.

And free.

And just allow as this energy returns to you.

With each connection feeling more and more like you.

A feeling of excitement,

Before looking beyond the sun,

The edge of the galaxy,

The solar system.

As you separate your energy and your conscious awareness from the sun and look to the very edge of the universe itself.

And as you travel excitedly and progressively,

Easily and effortlessly towards the very edge of the universe itself.

That feeling,

That knowing,

That this is happening for you.

That everything you have ever experienced that has led you to this very moment has been for you.

And that everything you experience moving forwards through your conscious awareness and manifestation is happening for you.

Coming to a stop and taking a few moments to just be.

As you look out beyond the edge of the universe in its entirety.

Outside of time and space,

An area,

A void of what seems to be nothing.

And with that thirst for adventure,

For discovery,

To continue upon your evolutionary journey.

Floating on the very edge of the abyss.

Go ahead and reach out your arm,

Pushing through that layer of separation,

Of safety,

Of a feeling,

Of requirements for connection.

Venturing out upon your own journey,

In your own way,

In your own direction,

Towards your own unique chosen destination.

Honouring your beautifully unique and authentic vibration.

Stepping,

Emerging fully outside of time and space into the vastness of nothing.

And then turning back to face towards everything.

The entire universe before your face.

And as you bring back to mind your physical body with the lines drawn upon it at the start of this journey.

And how those lines were blurred and blended away to connect you to everything across all time and space.

Now I would like for you to go ahead and to begin within your mind's eye to reform your physical body.

Using a blueprint,

Visualising and manifesting,

Calling in,

Commanding the creation of your physical body in the way that you choose for it to be in this moment of now.

Knowing that this experience is happening for you and that this is something that you know how to do.

You are more than powerful enough to visualise within your mind's eye your physical self in optimal health.

Drawing with a single line the outline of your physical self,

Floating just outside of time and space and the universe in entirety.

And then all you need do,

Just as you in every moment accept that beautiful pranic life force energy into you that becomes part of you through the breath.

Go ahead and breathe in the entirety of the universe that is before you into your physical body that you have drawn the outline.

With all of that energy,

All of that wisdom,

All of that knowledge,

All of that connection,

That happiness,

That harmony,

That peace,

That prosperity,

The love of the entire universe being accepted into you,

Drawn into you,

Embodied by you.

Another breath in and another sip to filling yourself up to the point where you overflow.

The entire universe embodied within you in perfection,

In individual form.

Every breath that you accept that beautiful pranic life force energy that flows through you,

Animating you.

And every breath you release this same unconditional love shared with all those around you.

As you focus all of your attention towards your heart center,

With that feeling of connection,

Of unconditional acceptance,

Of peace,

Unconditional love.

That love exists at the center of your being.

Just like a beacon echoing across all time and space.

A light that shines out from you,

From the center of your being,

Through your chest.

Shining upon each and every person that you come into contact with,

And as you look down towards your feet,

Your toes,

Reforming them within your mind's eye in the way that you desire.

Feeling as they are electrified.

Feeling fuller than life.

Up your feet,

The soles of your feet,

The tops,

Your ankles,

Your heels.

Up your calves,

Your shins,

Towards your knees.

The front and back of your leg,

Your other leg,

Your buttocks,

Your hips,

Your waist.

Your belly,

Your lower back,

Your upper back,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms towards your hands.

As you feel that energy flow into your hands,

Filling them with that beautiful pranic life force energy.

As they become warm,

Expanded,

As that healing energy is directed towards your hands and your healing gifts,

Come to life,

Illuminated,

Seen with your very eyes.

Feeling yourself in completion.

The entirety of your body,

Up your neck,

Your chin,

Your jaw,

Your ears,

The back of your head and your face.

Wriggling your forehead and your eyebrows,

Yawning or stretching your mouth.

Filling yourself up in completion,

Right to the crown of your head.

That feeling of inner and outer completion.

The entire universe housed within your individual,

Unique,

Authentic and separate being.

Connected to all things,

Across all times and spaces,

All realms of existence.

And the next breath in,

Flowing down your spine to your belly.

And then with the release,

The surrender,

Travelling back up the front past your heart and back out.

Releasing and surrendering that same universal,

Unconditional love,

That pranic life force energy that makes up the entirety of your being and connects you to all other sentient beings.

Everywhere you go,

Everything you do,

A reminder of this beautiful truth.

The love that you seek,

The happiness,

The connectivity,

The support,

The compassion,

The unity.

All starting from within yourself,

As again you focus down towards your feet.

And a feeling of grounding that is beginning to be felt within the entirety of your being.

As you bring to mind our beautiful home,

Mother Earth,

Gaia if you like.

And as you travel only as quickly or as slowly as you require,

Back towards the Earth.

Taking as longer or as short a time as necessary to ensure that you fully and completely integrate within every fibre of your being,

The entirety of this beautiful,

Quantum healing,

Connective and evolutionary experience.

As you travel back to now,

Go ahead and do so,

Integrating the truth of who you are into every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

Across every lifetime,

Timeline,

Dimension and reality.

Locking in place this truth,

This wisdom that is so plain to see.

You are the creator of your own reality and everything you experience from this moment on is happening for you.

For your upliftment,

Go ahead and set the intention that you are ready to fully return to this earthly realm.

Settling into place with that beautiful smile upon your face.

And when you do arrive and ground yourself back to this earthly realm,

Go ahead and with the image of yourself stood upon the Earth.

Watch as you grow deep and supportive tap roots out of the soles of your feet into the crystalline core of the Earth below.

Grounding,

Securing,

Supporting,

Protecting,

Providing.

With every breath that you accept from the heavens above,

Flowing down through you,

Connecting to the Earth below you.

Before being released back to the Universe around you,

Sharing that unconditional love with all those that you view,
