This meditation is a practice for forgiveness (for yourself and others). It is created to allow you to let go of painful feelings and to create space within yourself for the new. I will guide you through self-reflection to bring to mind what you are ready to forgive, to release the feelings that you are holding that you are ready to set free, and also to embody the new feelings that you want to create for yourself. We will then move into the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono, which makes things right and brings life into balance.
