Welcome to today's intention,

Ease.

Take a slow inhale and let your shoulders melt as you exhale.

Yes,

Feel the energy of ease.

Breathe it in.

How easy can you let your breath,

Let this moment,

Let your life be.

Let's take another slow inhale and let your shoulders melt again,

Coming down,

Feeling the ease as you exhale,

As you release.

Ease reminds you that you don't have to push or control to make life work.

Don't have to strive or struggle.

When you release the need to force outcomes,

Grace and ease can move through you.

Let today be softer,

Be more easeful.

Trust that what is meant for you will unfold in perfect time,

Perfect divine time.

And now staying in this energy of ease,

Feeling like you are floating on a cloud,

Sitting perched on a beautiful cloud in the sky,

Feel the beautiful ease,

The powerful ease that moves through you,

The soft,

Billowy cloud providing comfort,

Safety,

Bliss,

And ease.

Feel this cloud-like energy and essence billow up around you and through you,

Moving through your body and your mind,

Hugging you like a blanket that's swaddling you.

You might even sigh,

Ah,

How good it feels to remember ease.

Not having to earn it or prove it,

Work hard for it.

This energy of ease is your natural vibration,

Your natural way of being,

Your energy,

Your soul self.

Let it flow,

Grow,

Move through you,

Notice your body,
