You are going on a relaxing journey.
Start to concentrate on your breath and connect with the rhythm.
Feel where you are breathing from.
Do you feel the abdomen slowly rising?
Are you breathing into the chest?
Do you feel the shoulders rise?
And allow your breath to gently raise the abdomen.
To widen out the ribcage.
To feel the openness spread into your chest.
To open out your heart centre.
Feel your breath now as it spreads into the shoulders.
To widen them out.
And maybe you can feel the breath breathing your entire body.
Notice the inhalation.
The pause.
The exhalation.
The still point.
You are now aware of the slowing down of your breath.
You can feel ease.
The support of the floor.
Your body is breathing.
All you need to do is just be.

Visualise lying on a warm blanket.
An indigo sky.
A moonlit night.
Shooting stars.
Shadows crossing the moon.
Clusters of stars.
The Milky Way.
The moon lighting up the ocean.
The gentle ripple of the waves.
The calm blue ocean.
The reflection of light.
The stillness.
The tranquility.
A lighthouse.
A sudden flash of light.
A clear beam of light.
The light beaming on the ocean.
