And then slowly raise your arms out to the sides of your body.
Palms up to form an arch going all the way up to over your head.
Pausing overhead as you bring your palms together.
Saying or thinking the words,

And then bring your arms and hands straight down in Namaste position in front of your chest.
Saying or thinking these words.
And thank you for all of the blessings flowing into all that I am.
Pause here.
Relax.
Breathe.
And smile.
Then raise your arms straight back up overhead.
Palms still together.
Pausing again overhead.
And then separate your hands and move your arms out to the sides of your body.
Palms down.
Arching your arms out.
And then in again to the sides of your chest,
Resting your palms here against either side of your chest.
Pausing.
Saying or thinking the words.
And thank you for all of the blessings flowing into all that I do.
Pause.
Relax.
Breathe.
And smile.
And then repeat,
Forming the arch upwards again and pausing.
Thank you for this new day.
And then bring your arms and hands down in Namaste in front of your chest.

And then bring this smile with you as you raise your arms up again straight overhead.
