As much relaxation as is available to you right now,
Fluttering the eyes closed,
Or lowering the gaze to the heart,
Knowing this very simple practice of attending to breathing,
To the body breathing.
When you notice thinking is happening,
I guess I should say if,
But it might be a when,
Maybe before letting it go,
Just a little bow,
Just a little internal bow,
Oh,
Thinking is happening and it's not a problem,
Or when an emotion arises and you notice it,
Maybe a small bow to that too,
Whatever it is,
Not a problem,
Maybe there's a sensation in the body or an external sound,
And just this practice of bowing to hearing or bowing to sensation,
Not a problem,
This practice of whatever is arising,
Not a problem.
