Making Peace With Dread

Maybe it sounds ridiculous, but I feel like dread is a good strategy these days. When I’m noticing it, it’s reminding me to course-correct, away from all the aversion I’m feeling and back to checking in, with myself and everyone else, about what’s going on and how I can help.
