Virtual Calisthenics,

Golf Virtual Driving Range Welcome to the Vica Virtual Driving Range.

Whenever you're ready,

We'll enter into an easy,

Relaxed theta wave state where you'll be able to focus and unleash mental optimization that benefits your golf game.

For your mind-body relationship to be synchronized,

We will use simple but effective positive visualization and meditation techniques.

During this session,

I will guide you through imagining yourself at the driving range and connecting on some solid drives,

All the while relaxing your body fully for an overall joyful expedition today.

It can be used alongside your regular golfing practice as often as you like.

So let's get really comfortable.

Recline back all the way,

Or lay down now.

Get yourself really comfortable and really let go from within all your body.

And deeply start releasing from in all of your muscles.

Give your whole body your time and attention now.

And whenever you're ready,

Close your eyes right on down,

All the way,

Making you feel so good to deeply relax.

Your eyes can shut down so heavy as you allow relief over your body to take you away completely.

Mm-hmm.

Good one.

Now as you are so comfortable within your body and in your space,

Hold your arms and hands out above your thighs at a comfortable,

Easy level as you are able.

And in a moment,

When I count down and say zero,

I want you to release your arms and hands to fall by gravity,

To lightly and easily release and fall down onto your thighs.

When you do,

You will feel a powerful wave of deepening relaxation wash over your entire self.

Mm-hmm.

Ready?

Hold your arms and hands out and counting down and going deep,

Deep down.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And zero.

Drop your hands and go deeper down.

Now,

Deep down,

Down into the calm,

Perfect,

And let go deeply from within you,

Breathing so deeply.

Allow your awareness to surround and fill your body as we take relaxed,

Slow breaths,

Entering into a deep down calm,

All the way letting go,

Breathing deeper,

Down,

Deep down,

Deeply relaxing and letting go,

And getting your body so comfortable,

All of the pleasure of your body and comfort filling you.

Any sounds or movement around you takes you deeper now,

For all the sounds,

Movement,

People,

Cars,

Or anything going on around you now takes you deeper down into your relaxed state,

So profoundly peacefully at ease now,

Letting go deeply from within you,

And freely breathing and relaxing deeper down into the calm and ease and peace oasis.

Imagine and virtualize surrounding all around you and filling you,

Body energy fields,

Light energy of all colors,

Filling all around you and taking you into the peace and relaxed theta wave state.

Imagine and virtualize all of the fields around you,

Fields of light energy in all colors,

Perfect,

Awesome.

You are beautifully relaxed now,

Deep into theta waves and going even deeper down into the wide open peace,

Pure oasis,

Soothing all and every part of you,

Rejuvenating you and putting you to pure profound ease.

Today is a perfect day to relax all the way fully.

The time now is an amazing relaxation oasis to get away for the time now and go deeper into the calm.

As you breathe deeply,

Continue to go deeper into the ease,

And as you do,

All your thoughts seem to drift away,

Settle down and calm into the ease.

You leave all your worries and concerns behind,

Going past this point now as we drift deeper and deeper down.

It's so peaceful and calm down here,

And to just let go and drift away,

Deep,

Deep down now.

You are so peacefully relaxed,

And today we are going to go on a deeply relaxing trip to the Virtual Calisthenics Driving Range.

Imagine and virtualize again all the energy fields surrounding your body,

As you are aware now of your entire body and self.

It's an adventure to go down to the driving range,

And it feels so good to fire off some golf balls into the horizon.

Now,

In this session,

We optimize your mental state,

Allowing you to calibrate and hone your mind-body relationship and relaxation ability.

You'll find this will come in handy when you're on the course,

And you may be quite pleasantly surprised at just how relaxed and released from within your body you can feel.

Breathe deeply now.

Feel so beautifully within,

All your glad feelings so happy and even in ecstasy,

Releasing from within you all of your pleasure in your game and in today,

Now.

So pleasant and satisfied within the relaxing body feelings.

Perfect.

Virtualize and imagine in the moment right now that you are at a driving range.

You can go to any courses range that you want,

Anywhere on the planet,

Or you can imagine a course that's entirely of your own making,

Or one that just comes to your mind automatically.

Any course at all.

Now imagine standing at the course on the path,

And all around you,

You see the grass.

You see some of the golf courses holes,

The pro shop,

The courses restaurant,

People sitting at the patio,

Enjoying a meal and drinks,

Enjoying light amiable conversations before or after their games.

You smell cut grass,

The cool crisp air as you breathe in deeply,

And you release all your worries and stresses.

They drift far,

Far away from you.

What a perfect day today.

To play and enter virtually at our course all around us.

Hear the birds singing in the trees,

Tree branches blowing in the wind,

The wind easily blowing,

And people chatting around you about their games,

What they're enjoying for their meals,

And whack,

The sound of teeing off,

And from the driving range.

As you approach,

You hear a player filling a basket with golf balls.

You approach the machine,

Reach in your pocket,

And retrieve a single driving range token.

You approach the golf ball dispenser,

And put a basket underneath.

You place the coin into the slot.

Your golf balls start dispensing from the machine.

It feels so good to be at the range.

Some players are here too,

Practicing their swing,

Their teeing off,

And firing balls off into the distance of the driving range.

And at the range today,

It's any time of day or night you want.

You can see out ahead the range and fences surrounding the far and long range.

It's the perfect time,

Weather,

And conditions right now.

You feel perfectly at ease and comfy to fire off some balls in your best and perfect pure form today.

Relaxing and releasing deeply from within inside of yourself.

And always,

Getting better and better.

Yes,

Perfect.

Breathe in deeply,

And as your balls finish filling into your basket,

Take your basket with you as we go deeper down.

Deeper down into the lower level of the driving range.

As we approach the stairway and walk downstairs,

We go even deeper into our theta waves.

Deep down.

Relaxing deep down easily and so purely.

As we breathe deeper and deeper now.

And as we arrive downstairs,

You'll notice the whole level is reserved for our practice and release today.

What a treat.

Exclusively to optimize today for all your future play.

Relaxing and releasing within the present.

And finessing your swing mind-body connection relationship.

Ecstasy into your pure and perfect totally relaxed swing.

You can approach any place along the range level that you wish.

You'll notice this range has real trimmed and manicured grass right underneath your feet.

Your feet grip your golf shoes and into the perfectly maintained grass.

Perfect for hitting some golf balls today.

Pour your golf balls into a holder at any place.

You'll find on the rack any golf club that you want available.

Select the club you wish to practice with.

Any make and model.

And taking some deep and relaxed breaths.

Now we'll practice some virtual mental optimizations for you.

You'll find as you do,

Your body and mind synchronize and relax into a pure,

Perfect and easeful stroke.

In a beautiful swing.

Step up to the tee box.

Place your tee and a ball easily at your place.

Standing down on your feet.

Step up to the tee box.

Place your tee and a ball easily at your place.

Standing down and placing your ball will be a subconscious mind signal to set your body into complete ease.

Released and relaxed.

And with a perfect swing ability.

Now,

Take your stance.

Stand easily and flex lightly.

A relaxed stance.

And so comfortable and smooth throughout your body.

With your glove gripping your hand perfectly snug and comfortable.

And hold your club in your grip.

In stance.

And whenever you're ready,

Relaxed fully,

And feeling smooth and under control.

Go ahead with your first mental optimization swing.

And as you do,

A powerful sense of a pure reverberating charging feeling runs up and down your spine.

And through your full swing.

Now,

Pull back on your swing,

Release and follow through.

You'll see the ball blast off and up into the distance.

An arcing down and a landing.

Good one!

Now deepening in this state.

I'm going to allow you to take some more practice swings in your mind.

And as you do,

Virtually imagine and feel running throughout you.

Pure,

Perfect control.

Confidence and cool.

Within the perfect swing.

With the ball in place.

Pull back.

Fire off and go.

And release.

Hitting the ball and follow through.

Watch the ball arcing up and down.

And landing.

Your body is released so fully.

Your muscles smoothing out.

And you are serene,

Peaceful and just perfect.

Your body is an oasis of pleasure.

And your swing is integrating within your mind-body relationship.

Perfect.

So perfect.

Place your golf club back onto the rack for now.

And relax and get your body comfortable.

Take some peaceful breaths.

Nice and good.

And you feel so good.

In the relaxation and the peace.

Breathe deeply.

And let it all go.

Enter into total freedom within yourself.

Yeah.

Now imagine standing in your stance.

And now,

In this process,

Your mind-body relationship will be synchronized and set at ease.

You will feel exhilaration throughout.

And even now,

Your body relaxes further.

And continues relaxing through this process.

Breathe calm and deep.

Now in your stance,

Feel running and flowing throughout you.

The calming and exhilarating wave.

Running and flowing throughout your body.

Now in your hands appears a virtual club.

That is transparent,

Clear,

And perfectly weightless.

You can feel it in your hands.

And see the light refracting through it.

But it's perfectly weightless.

And cool feeling.

And freely flowing with all your movements.

The perfect virtual club.

This club helps synchronize your mind-body relationship to your perfect swing.

Release all your stresses,

Worries,

And concerns.

And place you centered in the present moment.

Feeling so fantastic,

Confident,

And pure.

At peace within yourself.

Now,

Holding the perfect virtual club in your hands.

In stance.

Perfectly relaxed.

Whenever you're ready.

Pull back on your swing.

And let go now.

And follow through all the way.

Perfect.

And you watch a virtual golf ball fly off into the distance.

Feel your body synchronizing to the swing.

Perfectly.

And so relaxing and exhilarating.

Your swing is relaxed and calmed within this oasis of pure ease and ecstasy.

Let's take some more swings with the perfect club.

All the way.

And release.

Follow through.

Pure.

So good.

Watch that ball fly all the way.

Now again using the perfect club.

Weightless and so free.

Feel how smooth your swing is.

You have a nice swing you're developing.

And deep into this relaxation,

You synchronize and re-engage your subconscious mind's mental optimization for your swing.

Your focus engages and your swing puts you in total peace and ease.

The perfect club just seems to disappear from your hands.

As your body,

Mind,

And emotions relax deeper.

And you breathe deeply.
