Sleeping Potion.
Welcome to the Vica Sleeping Potion,
Where I will be guiding you to such a deeply relaxed place of profound body and mind relaxation so you can fall asleep and sleep very peaceful.
This session induces you to being deeply relaxed,
Where you can fall asleep naturally and so peacefully.
Get all tucked in,
In a comfy position in your bed.
Everything is complete.
The day is over and now it's time to fall asleep.
It's bedtime for you,
Which means all you have to do in this virtual calisthenics session is to listen.
It is very simple and you will have no problem following along to these calming sounds as you are very tired.
If you feel your attention,
Begin to drift and if you think about any other subjects,
Acknowledge these thoughts and gently bring your attention back to the sound of night and let the music wash over you,
Because tonight we are gonna let it all go and get you all ready for a luxurious and peaceful resting time.
You are so cute and cozy in bed.
Surely it is one of the best places in the world to be all nice and tucked in like this,
Loving it.
Breathe deeply now,
Some nice deep long breaths.
Really relax.
We need to circulate some replenishing breaths to our organs with the eyes closed.
Let's send a nice deep breath.
The belly expand and become nice and big as a balloon,
Breathing so easy.
Very nice.
Let your breath come back to you normally as it wants to do.
Beautiful and natural.
Now let's dedicate one for the lung,
Expanding your chest and rib cage fully past the normal capacity.
Doesn't it feel so good to do a basic big breath just this and have all the air come flowing back into you easily and gently.
Now just breathe normally,
But slower.
Slow down and let your muscles become very,
Very heavy.
Your arms are resting comfortably at your sides.
Your legs are feeling so heavy,
Like heavy wet weight on top of you.
Allow all your muscles to feel very heavy and wet just melting down deeper into your body.
Relaxation.
All the muscles are melting away.
Good.
So cozy and so in bed.
It's the perfect place for you to be right now.
Feel total stillness in your body other than your quiet,
Easy breathing.
Feel the soft surface beneath you with the weight of your body pressing into it.
Say to yourself,
Say in your mind,
I am calm.
Breathe a nice anchor into your subconscious mind.
Very good.
There you are doing so well.
Letting everything drift away,
Drifting away.
While you continue to breathe and be so cozy and comfortable,
I'm going to count you down,
Bringing you deeper into the theta state.
Before we count,
Relax your jaw,
Dropping it down,
Separate the teeth and allow your temples to slide towards the earth with your face totally soft.
Breathe deeply.
Just go right on down into a state of rejuvenation.
Ready?
Five,
Letting go.
Four,
And as you breathe,
Muscles,
They release so soft.
Three,
Deeper and deeper.
So and twice as deep now.
Fully release.
Let it all go.
Bring your theta wave.
There is nothing that needs your attention in this moment.
Unhook all your thoughts as there is absolutely nothing left for you to do today.
Allow my voice to guide you into the dark,
Calm elegance of the night.
Now sleep,
And whenever you are ready,
Now drift away into the deep,
Deep restful sleep.
There's nothing for you to do now,
But breathe deep.
Let it all go.
Drifting into sleep.
So peace,
Breathing the air so deep and slowly,
Nice and delicate.
Inhale and exhale.
We know that you are willing to take responsibility for what you need to do,
But right now,
Now is not the time for concern of any type.
Just feel yourself drifting away.
Set yourself free from any stress,
Any worry.
There is none of that.
By accepting those types of thoughts without judgment,
You can see they are present,
Inform you,
Nothing more.
Let everything go,
And let everything transpire in its own time.
You do the best you can do every day,
Becoming the best version of you,
And becoming more true to your spirit than ever.
Feel your forehead,
Smooth as if fingertips are smoothing outward along your brow.
Your eyelids are becoming very heavy,
Like liquid cream.
You are responsible for yourself,
And so long as you live mindfully,
Getting stronger every day,
You do not succumb to the pressures of everyday life.
Least of all,
You don't let petty distractions infiltrate your peaceful,
Tranquil mind.
While it's in its most relaxed and favorite state,
Just letting go,
You are incomplete of your most personal thoughts,
And your special internal world is full of curiosity and interesting ideas,
Sometimes just for you to enjoy,
And sometimes for you to share with others on the terms that suit you best.
You handle the challenges of the day with a calm and positive attitude,
Just as you handle all the challenges in your life,
While still finding time to support others' kindness,
Going deeper into the calm,
Cradled by the concept of love all around you,
Supporting,
Protecting,
And soothing you,
Radiating outwards as it circulates with your breathing in the infinite cycle.
Peace is with you now.
You are beautiful and safe,
In a natural,
Most human state,
Free of stresses,
Free of restrictions,
Free of judgment,
Breathing deeply into such a profound state of relaxation.
Yes,
You are beautiful.
Right at this very moment,
Everyone is beautiful,
And life is full of beauty.
Gorgeous,
Restful glow is bestowed upon you.
You allow your rest in the exquisite theta state,
Where you appreciate everything.
Cause your mind is completely at ease.
Say to yourself,
I love myself to relax into this state of peace.
And as I relax,
I go deeper,
More.
I allow myself to let go,
And to be free.
I deserve without disruption,
And I have pride in my accomplishment.

As you continue to make adjustments,

Knowing when to let go of what isn't important,
Or no longer serves you,
In the morning,

Because you are letting it all go now,
For the purest rest.

Visualize the light of the moon,
Kissing your skin.

As air,

So comfortable at home,

Tomorrow is always another day.

Your mind is clear.
Everything around you is fresh and clean.
Let your body be free.

All you have to do is listen.
Now you can sleep along to the infinite cycle of your breath.
