For many people, flying is a nerve-racking experience. In search of a more pleasant experience, VICA Pre-Flight Stress seeks to provide reassurance and relaxation before you board your flight. Allow the program to bring you calm as you wait to board, gently reminding you that millions of people will safely reach their destination each day.

Virtual Calisthenics Pre-flight De-stress You can listen to this pre-flight anxiety vica session a day before or the morning of a flight,
In transit,
Or while waiting at the gates in the airport terminal,
But only if you have plenty of time to wait.
You won't be going too deep into a hypnotic state or anything,
But to be safe set an alarm or ask someone you trust to remind you when you need to proceed to board.
Before you use this session,
Make sure you're at the right gate for your flight and check any time changes in the departure.
As with listening to any music,
You are wearing headphones,
So you may miss an announcement.
Therefore be sure to use your best judgement that you have enough time to use this track and that it's appropriate now,
As we want to be early and ready to board your flight on time.
You are responsible for making your flight or connection.
During this session,
You can make sure your bags are secure.
You can ask someone you're traveling with to watch them or just keep your eyes on them during your session.
You must never leave your bags unattended.
While you listen now,
You don't have to do anything other than listen and follow along.
Let's fly our air travel in a relaxed and peaceful experience.
I will lead you into a safe place of profound relaxation,
Into a light and easy state of mind,
In which you will take a moment to fully rest.
As you utilize your wait time and process anxieties accumulating in your subconscious mind,
Any stresses around travel are processed,
And any worries about flying are placed into ease.
Because flying is a safe mode of travel,
And your travel is being taken care of.
When you're ready,
And it's an appropriate time to use this track,
Let's begin.
You can begin this pre-flight anxiety session now by gazing calmly ahead of you.
Look easily and lightly ahead of you,
And gaze slightly upwards at an easy angle.
Gaze at any place that attracts your attention,
And just allow your eyes to become comfortable.
You can allow your eyelids to flutter lightly if you want.
During this time,
You should stay awake,
Present and aware of the time you have until your flight.
And as you listen to the sound of my voice,
Just imagine how good it will feel to have arrived at your destination,
Feeling good and secure,
A confident and positive feeling running through you,
And the pleasure of travel,
Adventure and exploration is within you.
It feels so good when you acknowledge any stresses,
And allow them to drift away from you,
Easily,
And just as they want to.
Anything that needs your attention will alert you,
As we continue on relaxing and allowing anxieties to drift away.
By taking the time to become aware of all your feelings,
You allow any feelings of anticipation,
Stress or worry to flow from you.
You can fill yourself with excitement for your travel,
Enjoyment of the trip,
And positive and pleasurable feelings within you.
Now as we center ourselves within the present moment,
Your feelings of ease grow,
Satisfy and soothe you during this travel process.
You reintegrate into yourself,
And you find as much love and enjoyment in your travel as you are able,
Relaxing more and letting go of any stresses,
Worries or concerns,
Allowing them to drift away,
And filling you with peace,
Pleasure and centeredness.
Now put your focus on your breathing,
And take some deep and relaxed purifying and slowed down breaths,
Right down into your belly.
As you breathe so nice and deeply,
You invite your breathing to calm you,
And continue taking you into peace,
Slow,
Centered and easeful breathing,
Relaxing you all over.
And imagine now,
Feelings of pleasure running through your body,
And soon you're feeling the pleasure flowing through your whole body,
Filling you and placing your heart,
Your mind and body into a calm and beautiful state of pure ease and serenity.
Each calm,
Cool and peaceful breath you take,
Takes you further into relaxation and to do.
Now we will process all stresses and worries surrounding your air travel.
And now even any concerns are draining from you,
As you acknowledge all concerns and address them in healthy,
Safe and soothing ways.
You've taken all the attention to pack and bring with you everything you need,
Secure everything in your life in order during your travel.
And so we can enjoy our travel knowing that we have everything needed for now.
Our passport,
Boarding passes and travel documents are safely packed in our bag.
We've brought all our appropriate clothing,
Personal effects like technology and medications,
And anything we like personally while we fly.
You give yourself tons of self-care and attention when you fly,
To improve your well-being in all the ways that you love to make your travel special and a positive loving experience for you.
As you breathe deeper and deeper now,
All of the calm soothing over all of your muscles,
Smoothing them out.
Good.
Breathe deeply and in smooth,
Slow breaths.
Bring your attention to become aware of your body and any aches or stiffness.
And as you do,
Imagine any tensions or stresses melting away from your body and all your muscles becoming loose and smoothed out.
Deeply releasing from within all of your muscles as you take some nice deep breaths.
All parts of you are relaxing and feeling better and better.
Using all parts of your mind,
Emotion and body so pure,
Serene and pleasurable.
And throughout your travel,
You give your body plenty of attention.
And now,
Stretch out your body and give yourself a nice long stretch.
It feels too good to stretch out all of yourself.
And through your flight,
You can stretch yourself out and fuel yourself with foods and drinks that put you at ease and make you feel comfy.
You feel relaxation flowing throughout you for the entire travel and expedition.
You feel a good feeling flowing throughout your full travel.
A good,
Satisfied and well feeling that makes you feel comfortable and so at ease.
You are so pleasantly put in such positive body states and comfort.
You just feel so good about it and you enjoy traveling.
You de-stress and allow all of the anxieties to drift away from you as you breathe deeper and fill yourself with such a positive,

Good and comfortable feeling all over.
You arrive early and on time for your travel steps and enjoy all the stages of your travel.

Going over the process of safely boarding the plane,
Taking off,
Having a safe flight and smoothly landing will increase your levels of ease and comfortability during your travels.
As we breathe nice and deeply and so good.
When you enter the airplane,
You'll hear quite a lot of ambient noise,
Which is the plane's air ventilation system.
Sit your seat and get comfortable.
The plane will taxi to the runway under its own power.
You might hear the odd bump as the wheels cross joints in the pavement,
Just as a car does.
Any shakes and bumps during taxiing are totally normal.
The flaps and the slats on the wings will deploy,
Which will make a bit of noise.
These are needed during both takeoff and landing to increase the wing area.
If you're sitting near a window,
You may see them move upwards and downwards.
Before you take off,
The flight attendants will guide you through all of the safety and practical information.
Call bells will ding and dong.
These are not secret messages,
But signals for the crew to take their places.
This is the pilot's favorite part of the flight,
The takeoff.
Letting the plane roll down the runway and eventually,
Easefully take off into the air.
Then the wheels will retract into the wheelbase.
Flying is safer now than it ever has been before.
And once you get up into the air,
You can turn on your in-flight relaxation session.
After a few minutes in the air,
The engine will quiet down a little to reduce the noise signature on the ground.
The speed continues to increase,
However.
It's just that the captain is backing off the acceleration.
So do not worry if the engine quiets down and the flaps will retract back into the wing and you'll be at cruising level.
Breathing calmly,
Feeling secure,
Safe and pleasurable within your body.
Feeling happy in your emotions and quite glad and adventurous in your thoughts.
By taking the time to acknowledge and become aware of any stresses and worries,
We allow them to drift on by.
Setting you free and making you feel so positive about your trip.
Take up all of the positive suggestions deeply within you.
Instilling the positive attitude you have for flying deeply within you.
