Virtual Calisthenics.

Short Work Break.

Prepare to enter into your favorite relaxed state.

This is the Vica Work Break,

A short session designed for your lunch break or before or after your workday.

You will ease into a peaceful relaxed state,

Then return back to your day to work more efficiently with a happy relaxed attitude.

You can use this program as often as you like.

Get your body nice and comfortable in any position you like.

Sitting in an office chair,

Reclining in a lounge chair,

Or lying down if you have room.

You're all ready to go into the deep and maximize this break.

So let's begin now with breathing in some nice deep long breaths.

Maybe you need to do a quick slight shake of your legs from side to side.

Release your neck and shoulders by rolling your shoulders back,

Allowing them to drop down and releasing.

Coming back now to a still relaxed position.

Your jaw relaxes and all the muscles of your face become soft and heavy.

You're looking so at ease.

Allow all the tension in your body to dissipate as you begin anew.

And now,

There's nothing that needs your attention.

There's nothing required of you other than to follow the sound of my voice and listen to the music washing over you.

I'm going to count you down to go deep into the calm.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Focus your attention onto your entire body as I count you down from five to one.

Ready?

Five.

Letting go now.

Four.

Your body feels as though it is melting into a puddle.

Three.

Deeper and deeper you go.

Two.

So deep and relaxed.

So good.

You can go twice as deep and fully release.

Let it all go as you bring your mind and body to peace.

Deeper and deeper.

Breathing just as your lungs want to breathe.

Deeper and deeper.

Letting it all go.

Yeah.

Now as your mind and body are perfectly still,

Your awareness is awakened and distractions are uncluttered from your mind.

And as you breathe yourself deeper and deeper,

Your body is filled with oxygen.

It releases your muscles and loosens them until they feel like wet,

Heavy towels.

Allow your muscles to be wet and loose and heavy.

And just allow them to be just as free as they want to be.

Deeper and deeper into the calm.

Into the peace.

You've been doing so well in your life.

In all your challenges.

And now it's time to just let it all go.

Let your muscles melt away as you allow your breathing to slow down and deepen.

Relax further and let it all go.

As you drift deeper,

Any sounds around you can drift you even deeper into your peaceful state.

Into breathing so deeply.

Coolly relaxed and at peace.

Your body thanks you for releasing those good feelings all over yourself.

You are so peaceful and beautifully relaxed.

And in this state,

You recharge yourself.

Clearing your mind.

Refueling your emotions.

And you get back to that calmness,

Confidence,

And centeredness that you appreciate about yourself that is always there.

You just have to get in touch with it.

For your best performance possible in the workplace and in all your relationships with colleagues and with family and friends.

As goodness and love take over,

For improvement,

You are restored and becoming the best version of yourself.

And continue breathing deeply now.

So slow and peaceful.

Perfect.

And as I count you back up from 1 to 5,

Fill yourself with peace complete.

And feel amazing with yourself.

So easily waking up.

You can begin to move your body now.

And stretch yourself out.

As you awaken now.

And 5.

Open your eyes fully and re-enter into your day.

Fully aware and totally at ease.

And until your next Vica session,
