Virtual Calisthenics 5 Minute Mood Brightener This is a quick 5 minute mood brightener vica session to rejuvenate you completely and return you back to your day to live with ease and a happy relaxed attitude.

You can close your eyes whenever you're ready to enter into a deep profound state of calm as you take some nice slow and deep breaths now.

Sending you deeper and deeper into the calm and get your body nice and comfortable.

Let go from all the tensions and stresses holding on in your muscles.

As you breathe deeper now,

Release your neck and shoulders.

Breathe to release all tension there.

Your jaw relaxes and all the muscles of your face become soft and heavy.

You are looking so at ease.

Fully let it all go.

Deeper and deeper down.

And as you let it all go now,

As your breathing takes you into a fully relaxed peaceful state,

Your mind produces more and more theta waves into the relaxation just melting away.

And as I count you down from 5 to 1 now,

Keep breathing deeper and you will drift into a perfect and peaceful state.

More and more relaxed with each number now.

Letting it all go.

4,

Going into the calm fully.

3,

Relaxing more and more.

2,

Releasing and letting everything go.

And 1,

Let it all go now.

Just let it all go.

Fully releasing and breathing in so deep.

You've been doing so well in all your life,

In all your journey.

And now it's time to just let it all go.

Allow your breathing to slow down and deepen.

And any sounds around you can drift you even deeper into your peaceful state,

Into the bliss.

Allowing your entire body to melt away as all your muscles become heavy,

Released and loose.

A purifying white light is present all around your feet and ankles.

Allow this light to soothe you as it runs up your leg.

Directly into your belly,

A few nice detoxifying breaths.

Visualize again,

The glowing light filling up your chest,

Right down to your back and up your shoulders.

Through your neck and washing over your face like a warm cloth,

Putting you completely at rest.

Allow this soothing light to expand outwards,

To fill and surround all of your body now.

You are bathed now completely in the radiant light of your peace.

Your body thanks you for releasing those good feelings all over yourself.

And in this state you recharge yourself,

Clearing your mind.

And you get back to that calmness,

Confidence and centeredness that you appreciate about yourself.

That is always there.

We just have to get in touch with it.

You are living better and better each day.

And you are instilling peace and ease into all parts of your life.

Loving yourself and showing love in your relationships.

And continue breathing deeply now.

So slow and peaceful.

Perfect.

And as I count you back up from 1 to 5,

Fill yourself with peace completely.

And feel amazing with yourself.

So easily waking up now.

Breathing so easily and freely.

You can begin to move now and stretch your body.

As you awaken now,

Back to your day.

Open your eyes fully and re-enter into your day.
