Breathe in the fresh-cut grass and the aromas of the clubhouse grill before we head out to knock a few balls around. This ViCA Studio session is a program that uses realistic positive visualization to improve your golf performance. No pressure, just relax, drawback and follow through.

During this Vica session you will get nice and relaxed.
Visualize hitting off some practice golf balls,
Then head out on the practice course for three holes.
You want to focus on the process and visualize your swing in your mind as you calibrate its finesse and style.

So now you can shift your body so that you feel comfortable.
You can stretch out and recline if you want to.
And allow your body to have a nice,
Easy,
Loose and open drifting position.
And now look upwards with your eyes open or closed.
And as I count you down from five to one,
Imagine your eyes getting heavier and heavier,
Getting tired.
Going deeper now.

Close your eyes all the way,
If you haven't already,
And go down into a deep,
Relaxed state.
Continue now nicely.
Let's do some nice and deep breathing.
And as you breathe so deeply,
Your body is filled with oxygen,
Relaxing your body and mind,
Filling you with ease as you continue to breathe so nice and deeply.

If you shoot too far,
You'll end up in the water.
Better stick it right in front of the green.
This hole is 175 yards.
You won't have any problem hitting it right up to the front of the green.

Which could roll your ball onto the green.
Look out for those sand traps,
Though.
Just up ahead,
And in front of the green,
And on the fairway.
And there's another water element,
If you overshoot the hill,
Beyond the green.
So don't shoot too far.
Let's step up and get steady.
A nice and comfortable,

Just letting it all go.
