VICA Skateboarding Mindful Relaxation Session is suitable for all skateboarders, and perfect for when you need to recharge, or if you have general tension or stiffness in your muscles or joints. You will progressively relax and rejuvenate your muscles for a spa-like experience. This session resets your muscles and clears your mind on a subconscious level, bringing you closer to your best skating performance than ever before. You can train your mind to to not overthink what you're doing and rely more on instinct - - for more natural and focussed skating, and for positive effects throughout all areas of your life.

Skateboarder's Mindful Relaxation.
In this FICA session,
We explore the importance of skateboarding in our lives.
You will progressively relax your muscles for a deep rejuvenating spa-like experience.
This session guides you to become relaxed deeply down,
Where you'll take a break and chill way out.
So what are we waiting for?
Let's begin.
When you skateboard,
Stay safe,
Wear good protective clothing and gear as needed,
And make sure you progress at a safe and healthy rate that's perfect just for you.
Whatever makes you feel cool,
At ease and confident from where you are in your ability and skill level.
Begin by closing your eyes lightly,
Without concern for anything outside this session.
Please turn your device and cell phone alerts and notifications on silent for now.
Be relieved because nothing needs your attention now.
You can prioritize your personal wellness,
And in this session you won't need to do anything other than allow yourself to be guided along by my instructions and the calming music taking you deeper,
And this will be very easy for you.
Now there's nothing that needs your attention.
There's nothing required of you,
Other than to follow the sound of my voice,
As together we focus on developing a deep,
Relaxed,
Profound state,
And enter into this peaceful zone.
Now get in your most comfortable reclining or laying down position,
And let's begin taking some deep breaths to begin immersing fully into a state of cool,
Calm ease.
Inhale to your full capacity,
And on the exhale,
Just let it all go,
Calm and cool.
And now letting go of and leaving behind stresses,
Worries,
And tensions.
Relaxing further as you breathe deeper and deeper now.
Before we become completely still,
Give your body a good stretch from deep within all of your muscles.
Mmm,
It feels so supreme to stretch yourself out and really get so comfortable.
Stretch out and flex all of your fingers,
Your arms,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Back,
Your chest,
Stomach,
Waist,
Legs,
And all of your toes.
Maybe you can wave your fingers and toes a bit,
And roll your arms and legs side by side slowly.
If you like,
You can move your shoulders forwards towards your ears,
And roll them forward and down,
And allow them to come down all the way.
Good.
Now coming into a still,
Relaxed body position,
Allow all the tension in you to dissipate,
To melt away,
All the way,
As your mind,
Body,
And emotions are refreshed,
Cooled,
And very confident.
And feel a heaviness overcoming your eyes,
Pulling your eyelids down even further,
And feeling your eyeballs very heavy in their sockets.
Allow a powerful wave of relaxation to overtake all of you,
Deeper down and down,
And very peaceful.
Now breathe in deep and open,
And as you exhale,
Give a good sigh,
Letting it all out,
And enter deeper and deeper into the peace,
As you are now free.
Continue breathing some nice,
Deep,
Long breaths.
Allow all of your muscles to completely let go.
Let go and sink down.
Your whole body is becoming very heavy,
And your arms and legs feel very long and tall.
Keep breathing deeply.
Good.
Perfect.
Maybe you wonder how deep and relaxed you can become,
And maybe you wonder just how pleasurable the relaxation will become,
And perhaps you may even wonder just how good you can feel as you relax down and down deeper,
Allowing any discomfort,
Tension,
And stress to simply melt away,
Taking some more slow and deep cleansing breaths.
You can relax down deeper,
Even more,
And visualize and imagine oxygen going into your body.
Breathing deep,
You are taking care of yourself.
Breathing so deeply,
And the soothing rich oxygen flows into your body,
Decompressing and allowing tensions to dissipate,
Just letting them drift away,
As best you can,
And in your own time,
Letting things unfold without judgment.
Yeah.
And now I'm going to count you down to go deeper into the calm.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Focus your attention onto your whole body as I count you down from five to zero.
Ready?
Breathe deeply and go deeper.
Five,
Letting go now.
Four,
Your body feels as though it is melting away totally.
Three,
Deeper and deeper you go.
Two,
So deep and relaxed so good.
One,
You can go twice as deep now.
And zero,
Fully release,
Let it all go.
As you bring your mind,
Body,
And emotions to peace,
Your theta waves increase,
And you are feeling now very,
Very relaxed.
And going deeper and deeper now,
Imagine how relaxed you can possibly become in this state of extreme relaxation.
Just being present in this moment,
Observing your breath,
Breathing freely and coolly,
Breathing open and easy.
A big inhale,
Filling your chest and stomach and expanding your lungs,
And exhale slowly,
Coolly relaxing you.
Here and now,
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Deep down and down,
Relaxing further and further.
How deep can you relax as you let go and drift?
How good can it feel all through your body?
And how would the ultimate feeling of ease and peace feel like?
Deep relaxation running from your head down to your feet,
Deeply relaxing all over your body.
And now feel energy relaxing your face.
Let all the muscles in your face drop down.
Your temples slide down towards the ground.
Your eyelids are so relaxed,
Very smooth and round,
And your jaw is very relaxed and heavy.
The outside of your head smooths out,
And smoothing down the back of your neck and all over the roundness of your shoulders.
Relaxing pleasure and peace moving slowly,
Rolling down your spine.
Such a good pleasure and what a treat,
Running throughout all of you,
And you deserve all the deep pleasure.
Feel relaxing energy glowing around your chest,
And it is relaxing deeply your lungs and moving down to your belly.
Relaxing energy expands to fill your hips,
Making your pelvic bones feel very heavy for a nice detox hip stretch,
Without even having to move.
Your thighs feel like liquid,
And the relaxing energy begins to move slowly down your legs,
Into your kneecaps,
And relaxing throughout your ankles,
And feet,
And toes.
And relaxing deeply through your arms,
Down your biceps,
All through your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
And your fingers.
Absorbing through all down your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Back,
Your spine,
And into your legs,
Knees,
Ankles,
And feet.
Down through your arms,
Biceps,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
And hands.
All through you,
Relaxing deeper and deeper,
Relaxing through your whole body,
Just as you relax when you land and absorb when skateboarding.
The energy expands from your feet to your head,
Enveloping your entire body,
A radiating pure glow all throughout and around you.
As you enter deeper into the cool,
Calm oasis of self-care and personal love,
You are relaxing so beautifully,
And deeply letting go,
Feeling so good,
And breathing so deeply.
Deeper and deeper,
Breathing just as your lungs want to breathe.
Deeper and deeper,
Letting everything just go.
Yeah,
Now as your mind and body are perfectly still,
Your awareness is awakened towards the possibility of perfection,
And you can transcend.
As you breathe yourself deeper and deeper,
Your body is filled with more oxygen that releases your muscles,
And loosens them further,
Until they feel like heavy wet towels.
Allow your muscles to be wet,
And loose,
And heavy,
And just allow them to be just as loose and relaxed as they want to become,
As you breathe deeper and deeper into the calm,
And into the peace.
Imagine how relaxed you can possibly become in this state of extreme relaxation.
And when I count you down from three to zero,
I want you to go way deeper.
Ready?
Three,
Two,
One,
And zero.
Let go fully,
Release it all,
Go much more deeper.
Not at the deepest relaxation yet,
Your body is very fully relaxed now.
Good job.
And it's this deep theta wave state where your body,
Mind,
And emotions are refueled.
All this juicy goodness restores,
Rejuvenates,
Relaxes you,
And your skateboarding skill and abilities improve day by day,
And your spirit becomes stronger.
You have created space as goodness and love take over for improvement.
You are deeply relaxed,
Living healthy is key.
You are getting better and better day by day.
With calm,
Cool,
And confident focus,
And in your life your goodness continues its goals,
Its progress,
Without any need to put yourself down.
But instead you let your high confidence,
Your goodness shine in all your ways,
Being true to your personality,
And allowing yourself to skateboard with passion,
Heart,
And love.
Yeah.
Say to yourself now,
Say in your mind,
Caring for myself increases my confidence and ability to achieve my goals.
I set my focus upon developing in my skateboarding in healthy and safe progressions.
I focus upon improving my skills and abilities,
And I become aware of areas I can improve upon to progress.

And emotions.
I do my best making the steps needed to improve at a healthy,

And confident progression.

Let go of the things you fuss about that are unimportant,
And you just live free.
As you breathe in this moment,
You realize how well you do at mindfulness and virtual calisthenics.
Because you know what it feels like to be in the moment,
And how good that feels.
Because when you pop your board and ollie in the air,
You fly for a while.
And as you fly,
You enjoy the sensations of the present moment.
So very good.
And now you are so deep and relaxed,
Enjoying luxuriating in this moment of complete,
Restful,
Purifying relaxation.
Such a deep,
Relaxed state where you are happy to be.
Let go of your mind.
Let go of your body.
Let go of your emotions,
And drifting free.
And you breathe deeply,
Continuing.
And you let it all go,
Free,
Loose,
And pure.
You can wonder how awesome it will be when you skateboard next,
Being so relaxed,
At ease,
And cool.
And you can wonder just how much you will enjoy skateboarding next,
As you are so very relaxed.
And maybe you wonder just how dope being deeply in a relaxing zone during your skateboarding will be.
Fill yourself with happiness and joy.
Say to yourself,
I love myself,
And I love to relax into this state of peace.
I'm grateful,
And as I let go more and more,
I allow myself to thrive.
I allow myself to bring my A-game in all areas of my life.

Now prepare to return back to a normal waking state.

And take a nice stretch.

And awaken into your day.

Feeling now rejuvenated,
Restored,
Released of tensions from your body,
And continuing to be loose,
And to let go.
Fully relaxed,
And ready to live your day.
