Virtual Calisthenics Lightning Body Rejuvenator Now all you have to do in this vica session is to go down into a sensory relaxed state,

Generate some theta waves with deep breathing and by closing your eyes progressively allow the suggestions to enter into your mind as you relax and drift,

While your body,

Mind and emotions still and relax,

Your awareness is awakened,

Now be loose,

Let go and go deeper,

All you have to do is listen and let go,

So get your body into it's most comfortable position and prepare to enter into your most favourite state of theta waves and to begin let's take some nice deep breaths,

Good and continue to breathe deeper to relax your body and allow all of your muscles to just drift away and continue to breathe deeply now and as soon as you're ready you can close your eyes if you haven't done so already and begin to become more and more at peace,

Comfortable as you breathe yourself deeper and focus your relaxation on your entire body as I count you down from 5 to 1,

Go deeper and deeper into a state of rejuvenation,

Here we go,

Counting down,

5,

Let go now,

4 and as you breathe deeper and your muscles smooth out completely,

3,

You go deeper and deeper,

2,

Letting it all go,

You're doing so good and 1,

Go twice as deep now,

Good,

Go deeper,

As you bring your mind and body to peace,

Your theta waves increase,

Your thoughts can drift and wander and the whole while your subconscious mind follows along,

Good job and any sounds around you,

Any sounds of people,

Movement,

City sounds,

Cars,

Weather sounds can all drift away,

Allowing all of these sounds to bring you deeper and deeper down and down into the peace as your breathing takes you even deeper now,

Even more at ease,

Just letting all tension drift away just as they want and you can associate the sound of my voice now with letting it all go into this bliss state,

Relax yourself deeper and any sounds around you can be associated to relaxation and ease and some thoughts may come to your mind and you can let these thoughts drift away,

Leaving just as they arose in their own time like ocean waves rolling,

Now focus your attention onto your body,

Notice how good it feels just to allow your body to be at total ease,

Envelop your body with all of your awareness,

Surround your body now,

Encase your body with all of your attention and now feel a good deep stretch coming from within your muscles and allow your body to stretch out now just as it wants,

Good and just imagine how good it feels for your muscles to deeply let go and fully let go and in any places that your muscles are holding on,

They're now letting go and releasing,

Take your whole self in and breathe deep and take in your whole awareness and go even deeper now,

Good job,

You can let go now for at this time you are free and with your awareness around your entire body,

Imagine your awareness surrounding and filling yourself in any colour and pattern that you want to imagine and radiate in any shape around your entire being and each of your muscle groups and your organ systems has a subfield of light,

Each system integrating together and collaboratively working,

Soothing your entire body,

The calm relaxes your body and helps release and let go of any tensions in waking consciousness,

Our awareness often is around our eyes,

But now deep into the relaxed,

Your attention is free,

Your entire body now,

Invite your body to relax very deep,

Now imagine and virtualize in your mind,

A valve or a switch,

Any way you want to and now,

Once you are virtualizing it,

This valve or switch relaxes you down even further,

So whenever you're ready,

Virtualize now turning your valve or switch all the way,

Releasing so much pure relaxation to swim and flow throughout your system soothing every bit of you and filling you with a perfect feeling now,

Good,

Doesn't it feel?

Let it all go,

It feels too good not to,

To let all your muscles smooth out and they can flex and let it all go and release just as they want to,

In their own time,

Really letting go and as you do,

You go deeper still,

Breathing oxygen into your body so deeply now,

Produces theta waves throughout your brain,

Allowing deep subconscious programming for your mental optimization and peak performance fill yourself in happiness,

Confidence and peace,

Overcoming stresses and tensions and allowing yourself to live freely and full of peacefulness and this state of relaxation goes with you throughout your day,

Because anytime you wish to return to utilizing all of the calm,

Just say to yourself,

In your mind,

As you say now,

Confident and peaceful I am relaxed and I am loved and to others and I take care of myself with so much self-care as I become more and more present into my life,

I relax deeper and deeper,

Good,

Into the relaxation and peace I love myself so much,

I love to allow myself to thrive,

Perfect,

Now prepare to re-enter normal waking life and take with you all the deep muscle relaxation,

Confidence and peace and imagine all the ways you can apply your love throughout your life,

Now I will count you back up from 1 to 5 and take with you all of the ease,

All of the relaxation,

All of the peace within yourself and into your life counting up now and waking up,

One,

Breathing so deeply and so easily,

Two,

Awakening more and more,

You can give your body a good stretch,

Feel good and love yourself as you begin to open your eyes,

Re-entering into the light,

And five,

You can open your eyes all the way,

Breathing in all of the calm,

Deeply into your relaxed body,

Ready to live your day with passion and peace and until your next vica session,
