Too often we are scattered and cloudy with our decisions and ideas. We feel like we are floating around disconnected from the physical world, disconnected from our bodies. Being carried on a sea of our emotions with no land in sight. This creates more and more anxiety and the very sea we are floating on becomes choppy and disturbing. How often do you feel grounded? How often do you feel supported? Do you trust that everything will unfold as its suppose to? When we are grounded we feel safe we feel bolstered and anchored into the earth and into our bones. This allows us to find a more centered and focused part of ourselves; we see clearly, we are more productive and efficient with our work and life.
