Setting yourself free.
Free from old patterns that don't serve you.
Free from control of the external world.
Free within your body.
Free within your breath.
Free within your heart.
Free within your mind.
As you find a comfortable seat,
Closing your eyes.
Bring awareness to your breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
Finding yourself fully present within your breath.
Feel the breath flowing freely in and out of your body.
No resistance.
No control.
Just sensing the ebb and flow and natural rhythms that are created when you invite the breath in and when the breath leaves you.
Tune into the spaciousness of your breath.
Notice how it gets deeper and more expansive or how it gets shallow and more quiet.
Feeling lighter,
Feeling softer.
Keep following this cadence,
Experiencing what it's like to be free and allowing your breath to guide you into this freedom,
Into this capacity,
Into this space that's always within us.
The more breath we let go of,
The more room there is in our body for the fullness of the next inhalation.
The more we share,
We give away,
The more expansive and light we become.
The more we receive.
Lingering with the inhale and the exhale,
Maybe even finding the soft pause in between each.
All the space that's created in this moment,
Allowing you to nourish,
To feel the freedom.
