Hey friends,
Welcome to a JBACs meditation.
This meditation will bring awareness to and help clear your mind from your thoughts of this day.
You may choose to take this meditation seated upright in a comfortable position or lying down flat on your back.
Once you are comfortable,
Take three deep inhales and exhales.
Inhale through your nose and sigh out the exhale through your mouth.
Bring awareness to your breath on each inhale,
Allowing for calmness to come in.
And on the exhale,
Release any unwanted thoughts that have not served you this day.
Exhale awareness to those thoughts and release the thoughts for this time.
Our mind is an incredible tool.
It allows us to create incredible ideas.
Allows us to experience amazing emotions.
And is constantly creating thoughts every second.
Our thoughts can sometimes overwhelm us as we do not give our mind a break from these thoughts.
This is your time to pull your thoughts away from your mind.
Become aware of the thoughts that you are allowing to escape you during this meditation.
Be ready to clear your mind to sit with your breath and in silence.
Wherever your mind is now,
Allow yourself to take a step back.
Focus on your breath to bring you to center.
And if thoughts try and knock on your mind's door,
Simply allow them to sit beside you.
View your thoughts as clouds in the sky.
Your sky may be full of clouds with no blue or sun insights.
Or perhaps it is partly cloudy with light clouds passing by above you.
Breathe with these clouds,
However many there may be.
As you are looking up at your clouds,
Envision an eraser in your hand reaching up to the sky.
Erase the clouds,
The thoughts that may be filling the sky.
Erase them with gentleness and ease.
Erasing from left to right,
From right to left.
Simply clearing the sky,
Exposing the blueness up above.
Erasing left to right and right to left.
Your sky should now only have the beautiful blue above you.
With the sun gently kissing your face,
Providing you with clarity,
Calmness,
And ease.
If you find that a thought begins to cloud the blueness of the sky,
Feel empowered to erase the cloud.
From left to right,
Right to left.
Sit with the sky.
It's just you and the sky.
No thoughts in mind,
Sitting with yourself in the sky above you.
Take the next minute to breathe deeply with a clear mind,
You in the sky,
Erasing the clouds left to right,
Right to left as they come in.

II you you As your mind has been clear Aware that it is clear of thoughts that do not serve you Bring yourself back to the present Gently start moving your fingers and your toes Thanking yourself For sharing these thoughtless moments With you in the sky Being aware that the thoughts you let escape you from this time Can stay out of your mind Until you are ready to welcome them back in With gentleness and love Take one last deep breath In through your nose And exhale the deep sigh Open your eyes Thank you so much for meditating with me today Take your time bringing yourself back online From your mind to your mind Bring yourself back online From your meditative state And know That you may be aware of your thoughts But you do not need to become your thoughts Peace love y'all
