Hey friends,
Welcome to a Jay Bax meditation.
This meditation is an affirmation meditation to instill greatness in yourself.
You may choose to be seated upright,
Supported by the floor beneath you,
Pulling your shoulders back slightly and comfortably.
Or if you choose to lie on the floor,
Allow for your hands and your feet to fall open.
Take three deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.
Each inhale longer and deeper.
Each exhale allowing you to let go a little bit more.
Feel the air moving in through your nose and out through your nose.
Find a breath that allows you to feel in tune with yourself and allow for love to be brought in with each inhale throughout this meditation.
Our affirmations are here to remind us in our inner self that we are amazing things,
That you will accomplish incredible feats,
And that you truly have uniqueness inside of you that the world is lucky to have.
Allow for any thoughts that do not serve you to float away.
Watch them in your mind drift out of your temples and float into the distance.
If your mind discovers yourself back in those thoughts,
Calmly realign your mind to the affirmations being said.
Repeat them gently in your mind to keep you centered.
Believe these affirmations to be true as they are.
While these affirmations are being stated,
Imagine a light growing around you.
Whether it radiates off your whole body or if you choose to bring the light to your mind or your heart.
Starting small and growing bigger with each affirmation that you receive from this meditation.
Take a deep breath with me.
I am full of love for myself.
I love all my body and all that she does for me.
I adore my thoughts and emotions as they allow me to express my truest self to others.
I speak authentically and purely to myself,
My friends,
And my family.
I understand that the past has given me lessons to bring into the future and aid in my happiness.
Allow for that light to be with you and to continue to grow.
I know that the qualities I have are valued.
I radiate energy that makes me feel happiness from the inside and out.
I am capable of sharing a space with myself and being gentle to my thoughts.
I feel supported by those around me.
I am an extraordinary being who allows light into my life.
As you have been visualizing this light that has grown with you throughout this meditation,
Watch as your body absorbs this light into yourself for you to keep and hold and to share with those around you.
Take one last deep breath.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Repeat to yourself,
I am whole as I am.
Open your eyes.
