Go ahead and take a cleansing breath to start this meditation.
And I want to thank you for taking this space to sit in love with yourself,
To express self-love for all that you are.
Now let's calm our bodies and be in our own space today and now.
There is nowhere to go outside of this place.
The only place to go is within.
On my count,
We are going to take two deep inhales and deep exhales.
And let's inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
Hold 2,
3,
4.
Exhale 2,
3,
4,
Hold 2,
3,
4.
And inhale 2,
3,
4,
And exhale 2,
3,
4.
Continue at a breath that serves you today.
And as you settle into your body,
Into yourself,
Here and now,
I want you to imagine yourself sitting on a bench next to a river.
The light is shining through the beautiful trees.
And as you sit,
You feel a presence beside you.
You turn to see a beautiful soul standing next to the bench,
Looking out at the river.
You recognize this person.
This person is you.
You call them by name and they turn to look at you.
So you invite them to sit.
As you sit beside yourself on this beautiful bench with the trees surrounding you,
Looking out towards the water,
You reach out to hold your hand.
You don't say much at first,
Just sitting with their presence that is comfort.
And then you begin to say,
I love you.
I forgive you.
You are enough.
You can be anything you desire to be.
I am grateful for you.
And as you share these beautiful words with yourself,
You have one last thing you want to say.
As you call yourself by name,
You tell yourself,
We are creating a beautiful reality together,
Sitting with self-love.
And as you smile at yourself and accept the words that were exchanged,
It is time to part,
Knowing that you're not too far from each other and the self-love that you share.
Taking one last deep inhale through your nose and exhaling audibly.
Let the breath bring you back to your current reality.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
