Hello my friend,
Welcome to this present moment meditation.
It's quite simple,
We're just going to be here right now,
Together,
In this present moment.
So I invite you to sit up tall,
Placing a cushion underneath your bum,
To raise your hips over your ankles and your knees,
Just get comfortable here.
And before you close down your eyes for this meditation,
I want to invite you to take in this present moment.
Take a look around the space that you're in,
The room that you're in,
Or maybe the outdoor space that you currently are seated in.
And just take it all in.
Take in the colors,
The shapes,
The textures,
Take in the sounds,
And bring yourself to the awareness of your body.
I mean your body is currently seated in this present moment.
And feeling the sensations
of the clothes on your skin,
The temperature that you feel on your body,
The pressure of what you are seated on.
Just take it all in.
And inviting you to take a deep breath with me,
Breathing in the present moment right now,
And breathing out.
Good.
Now it's time to close down your eyes
and just soak,
Sip,
And savor in this present moment.
Allowing yourself to find absolute stillness in this present moment.
There is nowhere to be
but right here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Good.
And now just being aware of your thoughts,
Aware of what you're currently allowing into your field in this present moment,
And just allowing it to pass by like clouds in the sky.
And as you're here in this present moment,
Just allowing yourself to find the peace of this little bubble,
Of this exact moment,
Right now.
There is nowhere to be but here.
Soak,
Sip,
And savor this moment,
And this one,
And this one.
The present moment.
And as you soak deeper into the present moment,
Allowing yourself to feel gratitude that you get to be here,
Right here,
Right now,
With yourself,
With this space.
And let us take three deep inhales and exhales.
To sip,
Soak,
And savor in this present moment.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And audibly exhale.
And when you come back to your body in this present moment,
Gently blink open your eyes.
And again,
Take a look around the space you are in.
In this present moment.
