Welcome to this beautiful meditation to help you visualize yourself in front of a crowd,
Speaking your truth and allowing the nerves to fall,
Fall,
Fall as you step into your power deeper and deeper.
I want you to go ahead and find the best meditative position that you do for yourself,
Whether you're sitting upright or lying down.
As you get settled,
Go ahead and close down your eyes.
And let's breathe.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose,
Filling your belly and exhale out your mouth.
And again,
As you inhale deep into your belly,
Dropping deeper on the exhale,
Allowing yourself to feel your body and the space that you are in,
Feeling supported and connected on the layers beneath you.
And dropping into your body a little bit more,
A little bit deeper.
And find yourself in the place that you need to bring attention to the most today in this meditation.
And as you think of yourself on a stage,
Standing in front of others as you speak your truth,
Good.
As you are here in this space,
Take a deep inhale,
Breathing into that exact space and exhale.
I want you to visualize yourself on this stage in front of five people,
Five individuals.
How does it feel?
Leaning into this feeling and with your breath,
Breathing in faith and confidence.
And as you exhale,
Releasing any nerves,
Good.
Now visualize yourself in front of 10 people.
See them,
Look them in the eyes.
Feel what it feels to be in front of them.
Speaking your truth,
Sharing yourself openly,
Vulnerably,
Truthfully.
Taking a deep inhale with these 10 people in front of you and exhale.
Take this time to see 50 people in front of you on this stage.
Here you are looking out at this crowd,
Standing tall,
Puffing your chest.
Confidence is here with you.
Feeling the bravery,
The courage to share yourself in front of these individuals.
Breathing deeply,
Inhale through your nose and exhale,
Good.
Now bringing your attention to 100 people in front of you.
Seeing them,
Scanning the crowd,
Feeling braver,
Bolder,
More courageous.
Breathing all of this in and exhale.
Bringing your attention to 1000 people in front of you.
Puffing your chest out even more,
Feeling that confidence,
Standing your ground,
Sharing your truth freely,
Bravely,
Boldly.
With so much faith inside of you,
Letting it soak into your core.
Feel it,
Let the feeling expand.
Let it take over your body.
You are so sure you know exactly what to say.
You feel so much self-belief in yourself.
Taking a deep inhale into that self-belief and exhale,
Allowing yourself to expand and see as many people as you would like in front of you as you're on this stage,
Sharing yourself,
Being brave.
So open,
So free,
So connected to your voice.
See it,
Feel it,
Believe it.
You are this,
You have this,
You are capable of this.
Allow it to soak in even deeper.
Taking another inhale,
The biggest inhale,
You've done all meditation in through your nose and exhale,
Placing a hand on the place that you are envisioning all of this,
Giving yourself gratitude and love for sharing this meditation with yourself,
Visualizing and feeling what is to come.
I believe in you,
You got this.
Bringing yourself back to your body,
Noticing your fingers and your toes,
Your body on the surface below you.
And when you're ready,
You can gently blink open your eyes.
