Hello my beautiful friends.
My name is Jessie Bax and today we are going to meditate on self-love.
And this meditation is an affirmation meditation.
So you can take a few breaths and listen to it while you continue about your day or you can sit with your eyes closed and just receive these affirmations in stillness.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and close down your eyes and let's breathe.
Taking a deep inhale into your belly and exhale and another inhale and exhale.
Last one together inhale and exhale.
Good.
Dropping yourself deeper into this space,
Opening up yourself,
Your channels to receive these self-love affirmations.
Allow them to soak into the core of all that you are because when you love yourself first,
Everything around you begins to change.
And let us begin.
I love myself just as I am.
I am grateful to be the person that I am.
I love each part of myself.
I honor myself.
I love who I am.
I am comfortable in my own mind and body.
I deserve peace and love in my life.
I deserve happiness and joy.
I am calm and at ease.
I choose myself every day.
I reclaim my power today.
I am in control of my own thoughts,
Emotions,
And energy.
I trust my intuition.
I am in harmony and balance with life.
I love myself.
I deserve happiness.
I am so proud of myself.
I am worthy and deserving of all good things in my life.
I accept all of me unconditionally.
Taking a deep inhale,
Soaking in all of those affirmations.
And exhale.
Whenever you feel that you need a little more self-love,
Come back to this meditation and replay these affirmations and let them soak in to all that you are.
