Hi, I'm Jenna, a health & wellness educator and the owner of The YogiNest. I offer alternative and holistic healing through mindful movement, meditation, and mindset coaching. My meditations are designed for beginners who need more detailed instruction, incorporating significant bodywork, such as body scanning. This approach is essential as I primarily work with clients dealing with chronic illness, severe pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My meditations are tailored for them, rather than advanced practitioners who may prefer to dive straight into breathwork. I'm an avid meditator with a strong mindfulness practice, passionate about sharing these practices with as many people as possible. Currently, I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at UCLA, with an expected graduation date of June 2025. I hope my meditations provide you with the support and peace you seek on your journey.

Excellent! Only quibble: I felt shortchanged by a second while inhaling, holding and exhaling as you began counts with β€œ2.” No harm in adding β€œ1.” It felt rushed.
