Hello my dear friend and welcome!
I am so so happy to have you here.
Today we are going to feel how strong and how still our bodies can be.
Our bodies are so amazing!
We can walk and we can run and we can jump,
Right?
We can also see and hear and smell and taste and we can hug and we can kiss all because of our beautiful bodies.
And our bodies are so strong too.
We just need to be still,
Quiet and focus.
And let's try that now.
First you need to get ready.
You can sit comfortably on the floor cross-legged or you can stand up to be as tall as the mountain today.
Straighten your back like somebody is pulling you up very very gently.
If you're sitting you can rest your hands in your lap or if you're standing you can hold your arms next to your body palms facing out.
And you can close your eyes.
Now take one slow deep breath.
Fill your tummy with air and very very slowly breathe out and feel the air coming out of your nose.
One more breath like that.
That's great!
Now notice your feet and your legs and feel how they become stronger and stronger.
They are turning into a mountain.
They can hold your whole body so easily.
Feel how your legs and feet become strong and stable and powerful.
Now breathe in and send more power to your feet and your legs with your breath.
Deep breath can make you even stronger.
Let's send some of that breath power to your tummy,
To your chest,
To your back,
To your shoulders,
To your arms.
Can you feel them also become strong and grow like a mountain?
What a beautiful mountain your body is!
Can you feel it?
So strong and so peaceful.
Can you feel now how this mountain can breathe easily like a gentle wind coming through the mountain?
I'm going to count to ten for you until you feel the breath.
And ready,
Set,
Go!

Let's send some love to that amazing body now.
Can you send love to your feet,
To your legs,
To your tummy,
Chest,
Back,
Arms,
Your whole head,
Ears,
