Let's begin right away today.
Beginning to come into that comfortable position that you often choose for meditation.
Maybe it's a position that's become a little bit of a grounding force knowing that when you're in that position,
When you're in that specific chair or in that specific place,
That it's time to meditate.
So allow yourself to shift just briefly into that state.
Beginning to kind of release anything that's already happened today,
Releasing anything that's on your to-do list.
Knowing that for the next little while,
Those things are not important.
What is important is your focus on your breath.
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyes and your mouth,
Letting your shoulders drop down,
And giving yourself just a few more moments to really focus on the present moment.
Focusing on your breath,
Maybe taking a couple deep breaths if that's helpful to you.
And then,
Allowing yourself to sink more deeply,
More fully into the present moment with each passing moment and each passing breath.
And then,
You can take a few more deep breaths and then,
And then I'd like you to visualize a bright white ball of light forming around your heart.
And as this light fills your heart space in your chest,
You notice that it's filling these areas with warmth,
With positive energy,
Filling you with light and space so that there's no longer room for anything that doesn't serve you.
And you can say to yourself,
I am surrounded by warmth.
I am surrounded by love.
I am surrounded by light.
Breathing into this space and with each breath in,
Bringing in more of this light,
Letting it extend throughout your body in both directions,
Through your energy channel,
Letting the light enter your body through the top of your body,
And letting it extend through your body in both directions.
Letting the light enter your body through the top of your head,
Almost as if you were underneath a light waterfall,
Feeling it filling your crown,
Traveling through your face,
Through your cheeks,
Your ears,
Your neck,
Releasing tension in any areas that have it,
And instead bringing warmth and peace and positivity to these areas.
Saying to yourself,
I am enough.
Continuing to breathe in and bring this light more fully into your body,
Meeting up with the light that was already in your chest and feeling it expand throughout your body.
Meeting up with the light that was already in your chest and feeling it expand once again,
Filling up your arms,
Your hands,
And each of your fingertips.
I am proud of myself.
Each inhale bringing in more light,
And focusing your attention on this light and the feelings that it continues to bring you.
Peace,
And peace.
Peace,
Warmth,
Noticing as it continues to travel through your belly,
Your hips,
Your thighs.
I easily attract good,
Positive energy to my mind,
Body,
And soul.
That light continuing to extend down through your body,
Replacing any tension,
Any stress with light,
Moving through your shins,
Your ankles,
Your toes.
I am energy.
Continuing to breathe in through your nose,
And then let's let out a sigh through our mouth.
And whenever you feel full of light,
Just taking a moment to sit with this energy,
Feeling it radiate within you,
And maybe repeating those affirmations.
I am surrounded by love,
Warmth,
And light.
I am in love with you.
And light,
I am enough.
I easily attract good,
Positive energy to my mind,
Body,
And soul.
I am energy.
Breathing in deeply,
Sighing out,
Letting go of the visualization,
And just sitting with this energy for a couple moments longer,
Before allowing yourself to return slowly and gracefully,
And lovingly,
To your physical space.
