Morning Meditation: Creating A High Vibration Day

Good morning and welcome to this short meditation intended to help you enter your day with a little bit more excitement,

A little bit more energy,

And overall a higher vibration so that you can show up more fully as yourself.

So I'll invite you to settle into your space.

Ideally for this,

Because it is morning,

Because it is about keeping your energy up,

I'll encourage you to sit up,

Aligning your spine,

Head over heart.

You can always lean against a wall or the back of a couch to help support you and make this practice a little bit more comfortable.

But of course,

If that's not comfortable,

You can also choose to lay down.

And when you get there,

Blinking your eyes closed,

Beginning to take note of how you're currently feeling and where you're sitting or laying in space,

Taking a deep breath in,

Letting a big sigh leave through your mouth,

And maybe doing that once or twice more,

Listening to your body.

Do you feel like you need a little bit of a release?

Do you feel like you need a sense of grounding?

And if so,

Then doing that,

Giving yourself that,

Breathing in deeply through your nostrils,

Sighing out fully through your mouth.

And as you continue to sink into this moment and into the space,

Allowing your entire body to soften,

Releasing all of the muscles around your eyes,

Allowing them to relax,

Releasing any tension that is held in your cheeks,

Finding a comfortable place for your tongue,

Relaxing through your shoulders,

Into your palms,

Checking in with your chest and your belly,

Making sure you're not holding and that you're allowing yourself full deep breaths,

Checking in with your hips,

Noticing what's currently supporting you,

The support of a cushion,

A couch maybe,

Or simply Earth itself.

And because you're supported,

You can relax even more in this space.

And then extending that relaxation all the way down each of your legs and into the soles of your feet.

If you haven't already,

Allow your breath now to return to its natural rhythm,

Finding a comfortable pace,

Breathing in and out through your nostrils.

And then I want you to bring your awareness to your heart space.

So traveling back up through the soles of your feet,

Through your legs,

Through your belly,

Into your chest,

And I want you to visualize a bright white glow filling up your chest,

Your heart space.

And with that bright white light comes a sense of excitement.

As you look toward your day,

As you look toward all you want to accomplish,

How you want to spend your day,

You can expand that sense of excitement to fill all parts of your day.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

You know that this day is completely filled with opportunities,

With possibilities,

And you're excited for all that is there for you.

You are completely in control,

Not only of what you do,

But how you show up.

It's up to you and you only to take responsibility for your day,

For your life.

It's up to you to change how you choose to view all of the opportunities,

All of the events in your day.

Choosing to look at them through that lens of excitement,

Being filled to the brim with energy so that you can show up to each and every thing that you do,

Each and every part of your day with a sense of knowing that you are on the right path,

That things are happening for you,

That everything that you might have initially viewed as negative is simply an opportunity for you to learn.

How is this working out for me?

What can I take or learn from this experience?

How can I reframe or shift my mindset so that I can continue to show up with excitement and energy?

Knowing that today offers new opportunities,

New experiences,

That today is going to be a very good day.

Taking a deep breath in,

Letting a big sigh out,

Taking your attention,

Your awareness back to that bright white light that's completely filling up your heart space,

Your chest,

That's filled with energy and excitement,

And noticing as it starts to expand,

As it starts to grow and fill your entire body up through your shoulders,

Through your neck,

Into your face,

Bringing with it a sense of calm and content because you know that everything is working out for you.

You know that today is going to be a great day.

You know that there are so many opportunities and learnings available to you today and every day.

You know that there is so much to be grateful for.

You know that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

Breathing in,

Letting go of anything heavy,

Anything that's not serving you on that breath out and seeing that bright white light continue to fill your body,

Moving down from your chest into your belly,

Into your hips and legs,

Into the soles of your feet,

Your entire body glowing,

Your entire body filled with energy.

Today is going to be a great day.

Breathing in,

Letting a smile enter your face,

Breathing out,

Letting go of anything final,

Letting the visualization of light dissolve but letting that energy remain,

Noticing any sensations,

Any feelings in your body and then beginning to slowly bring your awareness back to your space by wiggling your fingers and toes,

Maybe inviting a great big good morning stretch and allowing yourself to open up your eyes and enter your day.
