Today,
We are going to be using affirmations to really allow ourselves to embody a sense of calm and relaxation.
So I'll invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Beginning to blink your eyes closed and beginning to settle into your space.
Just taking a moment to notice how you currently feel,
What's on your mind,
How are you currently breathing?
Are you holding or is there tension in any area that could be released?
And if there is,
Seeing if you can allow yourself to release it now.
Through your face,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your palms,
Your chest and your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs and the soles of your feet.
Noticing on your breath,
Allowing it to fill your belly on each inhale and allowing your breath to be completely released on each exhale,
Noticing as your belly contracts.
And as I repeat these affirmations,
You can simply choose to listen to them.
You may want to repeat them in your mind or out loud.
It's completely up to you.
Continuing to focus on your breath,
Continuing to soften all parts of you.
I am calm.
I am relaxed.
I am at peace.
I am exactly where I meant to be.
I am worthy of rest.
