Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining me today.

I'll invite you to take these first few moments just to begin to get comfortable in your space.

Today's session is focused on confidence so as long as it's comfortable I would really recommend sitting up for this session.

So sitting in a chair,

More on a cushion,

Getting your spine tall.

And I'm recommending that because our physiology can be truly impactful on how we feel and how we present ourselves.

So for this session as we meditate if we are able to hold posture of confidence we'll more easily be able to step into those feelings and embody those feelings of confidence.

So allowing yourself to get comfortable.

And once you get there,

Blinking your eyes closed,

And let's start by taking three deep breaths together.

As you're ready,

Deepening your inhale,

Bringing that breath all the way down into your diaphragm,

And then exhaling fully through your mouth,

Softening and releasing,

Settling into your space.

Doing that again,

Breathing in and focusing on allowing yourself to receive the energy of clean fresh air.

And then breathing out,

Releasing anything heavy,

Giving anything you need back to the earth.

As you're ready,

Doing that one last time,

Breathing in deeply and exhaling fully,

Slowly,

Releasing.

When you get to the bottom of that breath,

Allowing yourself to find a regular breath once again.

And as you continue to breathe,

Allowing your body to find softness in this space.

Letting go of any tension and instead finding a sense of being content,

Being here right now in the present,

Knowing you have nothing else to do right now.

Knowing that you are a human being and right now you can fully embody that by simply being here.

Breathing,

Softening,

Continuously redirecting your awareness back to your breath whenever your mind wanders.

Whenever you feel yourself being pulled away from this session,

Reminding yourself to be here.

And as you sink deeper and deeper into this meditation,

As you focus more and more on my words and this music,

You'll find that your sense of confidence begins to grow because you know that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

And as you listen to my voice without having to do anything except for listen,

You are already starting to rewire any limiting thoughts,

Any limiting beliefs,

Any self-doubt.

Instead stepping into feelings of confidence and feelings of inner peace and content because your subconscious is listening and change happens at that subconscious level.

So don't worry about doing anything.

Continue to simply be and allow these words to gently impress upon you,

Imprint upon you,

Sink into you,

Beginning to embody them knowing that they are true for you.

You were born with self-confidence.

You were born with high self-esteem.

And those feelings are accessible to you at any time when you tap into your inner being.

Knowing that confidence comes from within,

It comes from starting to listen to yourself.

And so even if there are thoughts and doubts clouding your mind,

You know that at your core you are confident.

You believe in yourself.

You are talented and creative.

You are incredibly bright.

You are unique.

There is no one in this world exactly like you.

You are strong and powerful.

You trust yourself and it is safe to trust yourself because you know what's best for you.

You have confidence and you use discernment when listening to others.

You appreciate and acknowledge all of you.

You are capable of achieving your goals and creating the life you desire.

You know that everything you need is within you.

You have come a long way and have so much to be proud of.

So much to celebrate.

So much to be grateful for.

And you love who you are becoming.

Taking a deep breath in.

Letting a big sigh out.

Doing that again and as you breathe out this time letting go of any doubts or limiting beliefs that are coming up.

Letting them leave your body with that exhale.

Releasing that energy knowing that it's not serving you.

And then I'll invite you to take a moment here to shake your body out.

So staying seated but moving your body from side to side.

Maybe shaking out your hands,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Allowing an energetic release here.

Allowing any last doubts,

Any final limiting beliefs to leave your body.

Knowing they aren't welcome here,

They aren't serving you.

And just noticing how that feels.

And then as you're ready allowing your body to come back to rest.

Settling back into your space.

Relaxing your arms and your palms once again.

And then I'll invite you to take two fingers and place them on your forehead in between your eyebrows just above the brow line.

Connecting here with our third eye,

Our higher self,

Our intuition.

In this time as we go through these affirmations I'll invite you to repeat them after me.

Either out loud or in your mind.

Instilling these in even further.

Breathing them in even more.

Allowing them to sink in.

I was born with self-confidence and high self-esteem.

And so I know that at my core I am confident.

This is always accessible to me.

I believe in myself.

I am talented and creative.

I am incredibly bright.

I am unique.

There is no one in this world exactly like me.

I am strong and powerful.

I trust myself and it is safe to trust myself because I know what's best for me.

I trust my inner guidance.

And I use discernment when listening to others.

I appreciate and I acknowledge all of me.

I am capable of achieving my goals and creating the life I desire.

I know that everything I need is within me.

I have come a long way and have so much to be proud of.

I have so much to celebrate.

I have so much to be grateful for.

I love who I am becoming.

Taking a deep breath in,

Inviting that final breath to leave through your mouth,

Lowering your fingers,

And beginning to invite yourself back to your space,

Opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
