Starting your day with clarity and intention allows you to move through the day with more ease and purpose. Connect to your heart's desire, breathe, and focus on positivity and joy. Waking up can be overwhelming with many thoughts, use this meditation to find clarity in these thoughts. Create a strong morning ritual, release anxiety, and increase productivity.

Good morning.

Today's meditation will allow you to start your day with intention.

When we are able to center ourselves and be crystal clear in what we desire,

We can move through our day with purpose.

Let us begin.

Please find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

And once you've arrived,

Please close your eyes.

Exhale everything out of the body.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Breathing life force into the body,

And exhale,

Grounding down into this very moment.

There is nowhere you need to be except right here.

It is important to sit with ourselves,

To give ourselves attention before we enter into the world.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Slowly release.

We must turn our energy inwards before we give our energy to others.

Inhale.

And exhale,

Slowly release.

It is important to fill up our cup before we can share from it.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Slowly release.

I invite you to connect to your body,

Specifically your chest,

Your heart space.

Our heart sends more messages to the brain than our brain does to the heart.

Allow yourself this time to listen to what these messages say.

Inhale breath deep into the chest and belly,

Sending your awareness to the heart.

And exhale,

Drawing the shoulders down and away,

Allowing the chest to lift up to the sky.

Become in tune with your heart.

Maybe you can even bring a hand up to your heart center,

The right hand.

Otherwise,

Just connect energetically.

Draw your awareness there.

And as you connect with this energy center,

Ask yourself,

How am I feeling right here,

Right now?

How do I want to feel today?

What positive emotion do I want to focus on inviting more of into my day today?

Whether it's joy,

Love,

Patience or creativity,

Connect with the emotion.

With an inhale breath,

Allow this feeling,

This positivity to fill your body.

What does this emotion feel like within the body?

And gently let it go.

Exhale.

Now shifting your awareness back into the heart space,

Asking yourself,

What does my heart need today?

Honoring your heart's desires,

Becoming crystal clear and specific,

Ask yourself,

What is my intention for today?

What is my intention for today?

Holding on to this intention,

With this next round of breath,

I invite you to call in that intention into the heart space.

Where energy goes,

Energy flows.

Focusing on this intention will strengthen your ability to attract what is required to allow it to manifest today.

Exhale,

Release everything out of the body.

You may repeat after me out loud or in your mind.

I move throughout my day with purpose and intention.

I am crystal clear on my goals.

I am focused and motivated.

I honor my heart's desires.

I move throughout my day with purpose and intention.

I am crystal clear on my goals.

I am focused and motivated.

I honor my heart's desires.

I move throughout my day with purpose and intention.

I am crystal clear on my goals.

I am focused and motivated.

I honor my heart's desires.

Now you are crystal clear on what you wish to call in,

And you can move with ease knowing that you are focused on attracting positivity today.

You have affirmed it within your subconscious mind and planted the seed in fertile soil,

Allowing for it to grow throughout the day.

We will close this practice with a few grounding breaths,

Inhaling for four slow breaths and exhaling for six.

Let's begin exhaling all out.

And now breath for four calling in the positive emotion you wish to focus on.

Hold it at the top.

Feel this emotion flood the body from the top of the head into the heart space and down to the feet.

Exhale,

Slowly release.

And now,

Calling in a sense of calm,

Peace and ease into your day.

Hold it,

Visualizing yourself in a bubble of protection from all negativity.

Exhale,

Slowly release.

Inhale your intention of today into the body,

Allowing yourself to feel sense of purpose and deep connection.

Inhale release.

Now,

Activating life force energy within you,

And throughout every injury your body,

Allowing you to be present in every moment of today.

Hold it.

Exhale release.

Allow your natural breath to come back.

You may sit with this for as long as you need.
